GoogleWorst experience ever! 😡 RUDE AGENTS - Provided misleading information (Property in Denham) They are not transparent with anything, be it the money or the general details of the property. I asked them about the TV license and who stays in the property and if the landlord was a live-out landlord, they didn’t give me any information correctly, and I only realised the truth when I actually moved in, which was a HUGE SHOCK TO ME, that I have been MISLED. Moreover, they weren’t adjusting my holding deposit amount in the actual rent/deposit, while moving in, and I had to make a huge deal out of it before making a payment, then only it got corrected. (POOR/MISLEADING COMMUNICATION FROM THEIR SIDE) OTHER REVIEWS MUST BE FAKE I GUESS!
Thank you for providing us with this feedback. I am disappointed that you have been unhappy with the service provided however from reviewing the file and speaking to the team members who were involved in this transaction I cannot see a case for you being misled. Please review your inbox and refer to email chain dated 7th October and you will see that you were advised that the holding reserve would be deducted from the first month’s rent. In your response you clarified that you understood the payment structure and that all was fine to proceed and so we arranged a time for you to meet with the Landlord at the property. I can also see from our online portal that you “ticked” to agree to the conditions of the holding reserve which states that he holding reserve will be taken off the first months’ rent. The agreement also lists and indicates what bills are included within the monthly rent. This was sent to you on the 5th October and your tenancy start date was 8th October. This documentation and associated information was provided to you in advance and so you should have raised any concerns prior to moving in to the property and I would have be happy to give you clarity. I did try calling you this morning to discuss this matter in further detail however was unable to make contact so please call me directly on 01628 334082. GoogleI went on two viewings today. The letting agent was Rebecca and I was very pleased with her professional attitude. The first property I viewed was not suitable to my needs and, instead of sending me on my way to trawl back through the internet, Rebecca straight away informed me of another property very local to the one I had just seen and said she could show me around now if I wanted. I followed Rebecca to the second property and was very impressed and informed her straight away I would like to take it. Rebecca showed great initiative and fast thinking skills and I am very impressed. Thank you

GoogleOakwood Estates have been absolutely incredible in helping us with our move, from fitting us in to a last minute viewing to moving in 6 days later. It was a really quick turn around and Dominick has been hospitable, friendly and gone above and beyond to get things sorted and putting my mind at ease the whole time. The referencing/document system used was efficient and faultless, really quick and simple to use. Allowing for all documentation to be processed in 24 hours. I cannot thank Oakwood and particularly Dominick enough. You have been brilliant! 100% recommend to anyone - and fingers crossed you have Dominick as your agent because he is great!

GoogleWe have just bought a house through Oakwood Estates. Gemma has been great at liaising with us and keeping everything on track. There was a point when we thought the whole chain would collapse (through no fault of Oakwood!) but she went over and above to make sure that it went through successfully. We appreciate all of her efforts in making this happen!
