I used Move Inn Estates a few weeks a go when I was selling my property. I got in touch with the the team at Iver and they brilliant at guiding me and helping me through the process. They kept me up to date with the next steps and procedures. The highlight was the communication I received from Avi and Jags.They both assured me everything was in hand and once the process was completed they even sent me a small congratulatory gift basket. Highly reccomend the Move Inn Estate Agents and their staff! Couldn't be more happy!

We had put our property on the market with four agents and I can honestly say that the all round service provided by Move Inn was leagues ahead of the others. Not only did Jay keep us reguarly updated with developments, but he showed a genuine enthusiasm for our property and a hunger to get us a great offer. He priced it accurately, whereas two of the other agentshad, we felt, under valued the rental of our property and they felt that our eventual rental price was optimistc. Most importantly Move Inn suceeded where the others failed and agreed an offer within days at a time when the market was fairly slow. I can’t even express properly my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by Move Inn Estate Agents. Our experience as tenants was nothing short of a nightmare. From the outset, the agency demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and competence. We consistently encountered delays and negligence in fulfilling their basic responsibilities. Rent payments were always made on time, yet we were repeatedly harassed for late payments. The property we rented was in a deplorable state of repair. Despite numerous requests, the agency consistently failed to address urgent maintenance issues. We were forced to rectify most problems ourselves, including electrical faults that posed a serious risk to our family's safety. Had we not taken swift action, the consequences could have been catastrophic. They always laid the blame on the landlord stating the repairs are not done by the landlord. Upon checking with the landlord we found out the landlord was never intimated about any issues. Upon vacating the property, we were astonished to discover that they made fraudulent deductions from our deposit claiming £500 for “putting a new sink because the original one had scratches”. Their claims were entirely baseless, and their refusal to respond to our emails in a timely manner added insult to injury. I strongly advise anyone considering renting through them to think twice. Their disregard for tenant welfare was unacceptable. I’ve attached some of the comms on the reviews for everyone to see how badly organised they are.

They just care about money

They just care about money, they DO NOT care about tenants. I've been requesting them to fix a boiler issue since more than 3 months now but its not fixed. Everyday I've to boil water in a pot to take bath. They do not answer calls and voicemails, even if they pick up the call they just give false promises and never keep their promise. I feel being cheated.
