No I wouldn’t recommend unfortunately because they just don’t do what they said they would. Everything was either nudging or chasing, not sure what I paid for to be honest as I had to do more work than they did. I found it frustrating as their communication skills were very poor, wouldn’t respond to messages or calls. I contacted both Heston and Richings Park but would get no reply. I question how others have had a better experience as mine was hard work. I had previously used Oakwood and they charged a lot but were on the ball the whole time and I didn’t need to chase anything. I don’t think I’ll be using Move Inn again for letting my property out as they made no attempts to improve or apologise at any point. Very disappointing!

I have been through a very elongated lease for my property which Sachin from Move In was working on for me. The process was long and had many bumps and issues but throughout it Sach has remained calm and focused on getting the job done. If I could give a 0 I would have given a 0 out of 5. Their service, management and one staff member in particular were the worst. Never have I had such a bad experience with an estate agency. Chirag was the one dealing with us. Firstly every time we called he sounded like he didn’t even want to be working as if he was falling asleep on the phone. Anyways, he would tell us he would get back to us but he wouldn’t get back to us, it happened multiple times he would say he’ll get back to us by a specific time yet he didn’t, we had to keep calling for an update. Moreover, everything was accepted, was told we can tell our landlord that we are going to move and that we should get the move in date soon and the keys. So we did that. The next day or 2 in the morning we got another confirmation that we will be getting the keys soon. 2 hours later we get an email from his manager saying he can’t give us the property, due to some house rating. If an agency doesn’t have specific certifications to rent out. They shouldn’t be advertising the property to be renting out, doing checks holding our deposit to tell us on the last day they don’t have valid certifications. I definitely do not recommend this branch.

I have known Avi & jags for a long time as my BTL Property has been let through their agency . Move Inn Estates is exceptionally professional in their attitude towards their clients . At times , they have gone beyond their duty in order to give me the full customer satisfaction . In my case , they managed to obtain higher than the market rate for my property . They have a policy of vetting prospective tenants meticulously ensuring there is no aggravation post the tenants moving in . Both brothers are very committed and passionate about their work & customers & hence their phenomenal success in such a short period . I would recommend them highly for selling or letting your property .

Be very careful dealing with this agent. They say one thing and do another. Do not trust a word they say. I don't recommend them. My property was let through them - they took forever following up to my concerns. Their work is substandard. Their apologies are worthless as they never change. They are currently not transferring deposit money back for damages even though they have been given them from DPS. Absolutely abhorrent dealing with them.
