TrustpilotTwo agents might be better than one.
An encouraging start with a higher than expected valuation and a flexible (timewise) buyer lined up but which in the event wasn't able to be flexible and so bought elsewhere. Many subsequent viewings and second viewings but the agent failed to find a buyer to meet the agents valuation coupled with flexibility. In short, 12 weeks with this sole agency proved a complete waste of time. Regret unable to recommend.

Winkworth Tiverton took over the property management of our tenancy just under a year ago, in that space of time we had three different members of staff managing, they did absolutely nothing to assist in managing the property. The last one 'Candice' was generally rude, unprofessional and dismissive about any queries or requested repairs required.Awful company will never deal with them again nor reccomend

We get treated like family and nothing is too big or small for Ajay to support us in all our needs. Googlethe person deals with our case never told us the exact address. She said we never called back which was not true. We called the office ( and have record) to confirm our viewing and got told wil be informed the address later ( which never really happened ) on the day she left without contacting us on the view day. After on told her boss she was waiting for 20 mins which we thought that was a lie as we were there and didn't see anyone. Her colleague who was at the office that day didn't pass down our message. she said she forgot. Thought out the time writing emails to them about this incident we got the feeling that they were still trying to say it's our fault. Awful experience.

Absolutely dreadful experience, got stood up at a viewing. No communication between the estate agent and you only a straight call to the offices which have zero information as to the whereabouts of their agents.

GoogleI have just rented a property through Beth Plaskett at Winkworth in Islington. I found Beth to be extremely helpful throughout the process, kept me updated at all times, and she was especially very patient, proactive and practical in facilitating negotiation of terms between tenant and landlord.

The worst agency I have ever come across. Absolutely horrendous experience with them, they are awful, words cannot even explain their bad customer service skills. Money grabbing company. Need new staff asap.Genuinely extremely unacceptable experience.

We didn’t realise how stressful buying a property could be so it’s a big plus to have someone that is interested in moving things forward at all times. In our experience it’s not easy to find an agency that actually cares about both parties so we definitely recommend the team at Winkworth.

Winkworth is my agent for renting my flat. It is very responsible for both landlord and tenant. Every time I have problems with flat, they respond in time and find a solution for me. They don't allow direct communication between landlord and tenant, which sometimes I find can get a bit dodgy. I would recommend it for both landlord and tenant, but you need to check the contract very carefully and negotiate other rights.

We have had a good-to-very-good experience with Winkworths. From being shown the flat by Jo and having then bought it, we were handled extremely well by Alina and her lettings team. They were on the ball, responded very quickly and efficiently to our enquiries and - not least important ! - found very good tenants for our flat in short order. We would certainly recommend them.
