This is based on our experience with Savills' Islington office. We had an utterly awful experience of this company "trying" to sell my flat for three months between February-May 2021. In three months I heard almost nothing from them, had virtually no viewings and zero in terms of customer service. The few viewings they did manage to secure, were made without properly consulting us first, and invariably had to be moved or cancelled due to lack of communication. When I was finally able to talk to them after 6 weeks I was told that the property was too expensive, even though nobody had ever thought to mention this, and even when I agreed to reduce the price they did nothing whatsoever to try and get people in to see it. In the end after three months we were able to sever ties and find an agent who would actually give us proper feedback, service and customer care. Three months were completely wasted with this company - even when we left there were no emails or evidence that we'd ever been on their books or that we'd been a customer. If i could give 0 stars to them I would 0 - simply abysmal. With there are so many other Estate Agents in Islington find someone else you would think that they'd try and raise their game, but clearly they couldn't care less.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

They are withholding a portion of our deposit despite the inventory checkout report stating the property was returned in the same condition as it was when we moved in. I’ve heard horror stories about them before but didn’t expect the treatment to be this unfair and common procedure.
