TrustpilotSeriously look no further!
KFH weren't a company I'd even considered before yet they stood out above every other estate agent firm I spoke to when considering the sale of my flat. From the moment I began to get to know their team, I was reassured again and again through their exceptional and professional actions that they were the right choice. No issue, query, wobble on my part was ever too much for them - they've clearly mastered the art of holding both vendor and buyer in high esteem which smoothed the way at every stage. It was an emotional move for me and they carried me through every day of the process with care and craftmanship. I cannot recommend KFH enough now and will see no other agent when I next plan a move.

They are always available for a call and reply to emails in a short time.

TrustpilotQuick & efficient service from KFH
Tyrone at KFH was amazingly quick and efficient in getting my property on the market … indeed I could hardly believe that within two days of deciding to sell, the photographs , measurements, details and energy certificate etc etc had all been seen to and i was up and running! And I was impressed with the fact that he & the whole team took my personal circumstances into consideration at all times - they were all very friendly and calm and did not push me to sell before I was ready . It was also helpful to feel that my own views mattered and that I was actually listened to.

TrustpilotGood mortgage broker (first time, leasehold)
I used Kevin Hurley as my mortgage broker (separate to my estate agent). As a first time buyer he was super helpful and broke it all down for me, and I rarely had to chase. would recommend

I feel a bit bullied into completing this evaluation and would rather not have completed it. Our experience of KFH was very mixed and I doubt if we would recommend them. You overpriced our house by over £100,000 at the start of the selling process. Thereafter it was quite difficult to get up to date information about how the house was faring. But individual members of staff were friendly.

We used KFH for our mortgage and this year re-mortgage. We worked with Med Moroglu and Heather Froment Jones and they have been a fantastic team: pro-active, responsive, super helpful and polite. We will def reach out to them in the future.

TrustpilotTerrible service over many years
Terrible service over many years. I let out two properties through them - one of them was recently up for renewal so I’ve gone elsewhere. The service has been bad for years. For the last 12 months my tenants only contact me as they’ve given up hearing back from the KFH team in a reasonable time. This is despite me paying for the management service. They’ve still managed to mess up the end of this particular tenancy by asking the utility companies to close the accounts. This is despite the accounts being in my name and do not need closing. They made the same mistake a year ago and it took weeks to sort (with little to no assistance from them).

GoogleHighly recommend. I had the pleasure of working with James Ripp and Jayden Salih as my real estate agents for the successful sale of my flat, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, communication and support were excellent, keeping me informed and reassured throughout the entire process. What could have been a very stressful process was made easy and enjoyable. James and Jayden also helped navigate the EWS1 issues associated with high-rise sales and tirelessly went above and beyond to source information, present optionality and guide me through the complicated process. I am thankful and grateful for James and Jayden's dedication and professionalism and highly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable and determined real estate agent.
