I used the Clapham brand of KFH to sell my Flat and had Aarti Chohan as my agent and sales progresser, who was fantastic. The sale was littered with issues from the buyer but Aarti was always on hand to speak to, was very quick at coming back to messages & emails and I felt that she really trusted agent throughout.

Post rental agreement, Pete was also happy to help me get in touch with the landlord to sort some teething issues. Even though he was on holiday!

Under handed and do not trust the Islington branch . Visor and his accounts department are scammers and need to sort out there sales tactics. They commit to fee and then send debit collectors for amounts NOT AGREED OR in the contract. What out! And keep clear

It has been particularly useful to have the excellent mortgage consultant Sawan under the same umbrella as the fundamental estate agency, and on the purchase side, Euan has been very helpful at every stage. GoogleI cannot speak too highly of Folkard Kinleigh & Hayward and the team at their Islington office, led by James Ripp. After a spell with Chesterton’s, I moved to FKH, and they were a pleasure to deal with all the way through to the eventual sale of my flat. Due to an unforeseen problem this was a protracted procedure, lasting a year and a half, but James is hugely experienced and he was forever patient, helpful and reassuring both to me and to the buyers. If I was planning to buy another property in Islington, I would definitely turn to FKH again. Buying or selling a property can be a stressful time, but, despite the difficulties we encountered, James and his colleagues made it a thoroughly positive experience.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleHorrible experience with KFH and the landlord for property 46c Mildmay Road. Both KFH and the landlord withheld material information from us about prior tenants breaking their lease due to serious issues with this property. These issues were never addressed and we were then burdened with these on-going issues for nearly 8 months (until we were forced to get a lawyer involved to break our lease). I have been renting for over 10 years and I have never experienced such poor behaviour like this from an estate agent or landlord. This is unfortunately still on-going as the landlord believes he is entitled to rent paid after we vacated the property and he had organised the check out report...
