TrustpilotBought a house through KFH
Bought a house through KFH, overall good experienceHad a bit of a disconnect with the buyers, which I think could have been ironed out with slightly better communication from our agent. That said, overall it was a good experience and we liked working with them

KFH were quick to put my flat back on the rental market when the sale of my flat fell through. Within a day had successfully found a tenant and the process went through quickly and thoroughly and tenant moved in within 3 weeks. Extremely pleased with the outcome.

TrustpilotExcellent team
Excellent team. I have used them both for renting some years back and for selling and buying property this year. I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else next time I need an agent. Straight to Paul Bent in particular!

TrustpilotProfessional and easy-going.
KFH agents are very easy to deal with and very efficient. Initially I've contacted Alex Atkins. He came around and explained to us the whole process. Other colleagues took over from him and within days our flat was rented. We can recommend KFH with confidence.

TrustpilotVery poor at tenancy renewals
The renewals team at KFH appear to get worse and worse each time we renew the tenancy. All whilst they continue to be happy to charge large amounts of money for the poor service. Understand there are better / cheaper options online now for which we will use in the future.

Joe and Rita at KFH went out of their way to be helpful and supportive at every stage of my sale. They guided me through the process and were incredibly helpful pushing along some difficult legal items and generally providing support. KFH were very responsive every time I contacted them. I'd definitely recommend their services.

TrustpilotWe went to the Highgate office of KFH
We went to the Highgate office of KFH, the agents were keen, friendly, and knowledgeable. During the buying process they listened to our concerns and acted promptly to help us achieve our aims. However I think that on occasions they need to take care not to be overly pushy.

TrustpilotWould NOT recommend
Would NOT recommend. Felt very chaotic and with the exception of Claire who endeavoured to keep me up to date I felt as though they were working for the buyer not me.

TrustpilotBrilliant Service
Kevin - Mortgage Consultant - was a delight to work with. Incredibly easy to chat to, efficient, kind and worked with my best interest in mind. I was clueless and everything was made simple - I wouldn't have secured the property I wanted without. Highly recommend.
