GoogleI worked with Max and Rachel to rent a flat. Both Max and Rachel were very nice throughout the process. A lot of paper work was involved, and one time they stayed even after their normal office hours to do the paper work and get us the move-in date we wanted.

Excellent communication from start to finish. KFH found a buyer for my flat within a week of marketing it despite it not being the best circumstances for selling. Brian moved things forward and kept it all on track so that we completed close to the original target date. Very little stress for me despite being an absent seller and dealing with the entire process remotely.

GoogleSummer and the KFH team made the rental process a very good experience for me. She showed me the room style via video while I was abroad and the whole process of signing my contract was very smooth. She is a very warm and responsible person, as I was in China, there was a 7 hour time difference between us every time we communicated, but she was always patient and able to answer and solve my questions. I will definitely call Summer and KFH again for my future rental needs, they are very professional!

GoogleLewis and the KFH Clerkenwell team have done a great job of letting our flat when we moved to America. The worked to ensure there was only a 4 day gap in between tenancies when my first tenant needed to move out. This has been key for me in ensuring continuity of income!! They did this by actively marketing the flat and working sensitively with the tenant They have been very responsive to my messages despite the time difference - living in California has meant that I am often in contact with them outside of core UK working hours. They have done a great job and, based on the research I did prior to choosing then offer a really competitive letting package. Could not recommend more highly! Anna and Timur

TrustpilotApplying for our first mortgage
The experience of applying for a mortgage through Lucas at KFH was great. As first time buyers we were pretty clueless but Lucas walked us through the different options and submitted our application really quickly. He also kept us abreast of any updates throughout the process and we were approved yesterday! Highly recommend.

TrustpilotWe want to thank the team at KFH
We want to thank the team at KFH . They were always available to calm us and steer us through whenever we needed them to . They were both professional and friendly . We wish them well for the future and would happily recommend them . I used them 25 years ago to buy my flat and then to sell the same flat .

TrustpilotReally great
Tate and Alex were brilliant and honestly not sure we would have sold if they hadn't been chasing our solicitors. Thanks very much both.

GoogleSummer and the KFH team have been so helpful throughout this whole process. Not only was Summer extremely responsive in the beginning stages of looking into a flat, she went the extra mile to provide us with other options and possibilities. We really appreciated her transparency throughout the process, feeling like we could completely trust her. As foreign tenants, we were worried about the difficulty of completing the process from abroad, but Summer could not have made it easier.

GoogleWe cannot speak highly enough of Jon and Sunny. Throughout our selling process, they demonstrated unwavering professionalism. When unexpected issues arose at the last minute, the team sprang into action and swiftly resolving them to ensure the successful completion of the sale. We would recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable and trustworthy estate agent.

TrustpilotIncredibly rude agent
Incredibly rude agent - I asked some core questions about renting and referencing only to get the agent to shove the "I've been doing this for 16 years" and "we are going in circles" despite him interrupting me and not listening to what I was asking. Absolutely horrible service. Would not recommend them.

TrustpilotClapham Branch - Great mortgage advisory service
Lucas from the Clapham branch offered superb service and was extremely knowledgable throughout the mortgage application process, helping me to achieve a favourable rate.He was also able to accomodate some meetings at extremely short notice, to help accelerate proceedings, going above and beyond with his assistance. I would not hesistate to recommend him.

GoogleI can't recommend kfh Clerkenwell enough, but more than anything, their agent Summer. I had never met someone so professional, responsive and empathetic with a tenant looking for his next home. I definitely recommend anyone who's in the search for a property to go to kfh Clerkenwell and ask for Summer. You'll get top in class attention and the property you are looking for in record time.

TrustpilotGreat service!
I found KFH very professional, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very kind from start to end. Dominic and Sawan Shah helped me with the whole process to apply to my first mortgage. They made it super easy and they reply every single time my calls and every question that I had. I would be happy to contact them again and for sure I'll 100 % recommend their services. Thank you!!
