I feel a bit bullied into completing this evaluation and would rather not have completed it. Our experience of KFH was very mixed and I doubt if we would recommend them. You overpriced our house by over £100,000 at the start of the selling process. Thereafter it was quite difficult to get up to date information about how the house was faring. But individual members of staff were friendly.

Terrible service over many years. I let out two properties through them - one of them was recently up for renewal so I’ve gone elsewhere. The service has been bad for years. For the last 12 months my tenants only contact me as they’ve given up hearing back from the KFH team in a reasonable time. This is despite me paying for the management service. They’ve still managed to mess up the end of this particular tenancy by asking the utility companies to close the accounts. This is despite the accounts being in my name and do not need closing. They made the same mistake a year ago and it took weeks to sort (with little to no assistance from them).

GoogleWe have had a wonderful experience so far renting a house with KFH, thanks to the fantastic Nicole. Throughout the whole process, Nicole has been very responsive and helpful, and she has gone out of her way to support us in the details of securing the lovely apartment we were hoping to rent. We are greatly looking forward to moving into our new home!

We bought a house with KFH as the sellers agents. Communication initially was good, but when it came to the viewing, Finan rushed us, as he had other viewings. We had about 15 minutes to view a million pound 4-bedroom house. We made an offer and wanted a second viewing to confirm we were happy.At this point we were ready to make the largest transaction of our lives and Finan again rushed us through the viewing. Not to mention that he didn't know where the keys to the windows or back garden were, nor could he answer some of our simple questions about how the common area was managed.We ended up going with the sale anyway and solicitors were involved. Regardless of that, a few weeks in KFH chase us for a completion date, trying to bypass any solicitors involved.Overall I would have been happy if the viewings weren't rushed, they knew more about the property and they knew where all the keys were.

They take ages to resolve simple issues, don't provide updates in a timely manner, don't answer emails and calls, and their attitude is underwhelming. The lack of updates and how long KFH takes to answer our queries (when KFH bother to reply) massively frustrates us all.They cannot be trusted to do a decent job. Avoid at all costs.

We used the branch in Chiswick High Street. Highly recommend our lovely agent, Amy Lawes, who we felt went above and beyond. Purchase was not normal as we were out of the country for most of the time and Amy was great at keeping us updated.

As my property had cladding and was yet to undergo remediation work, when I decided to sell the property I researched agents who had marketed and sold similar properties to mine. From my initial conversation with the rep, KFH demonstrated in depth knowledge of the process and paperwork required in order to market the property and secure a sale. Once instructed and a sale agreed, they were able to advise me of the additional information that would be needed to make the process as smooth as possible. My agent, Jayden Salih, was courteous, professional and regularly kept me informed about viewings, prospective offers and during the sales process managed the relationship between buyer and seller brilliantly. I originally purchased the property through the same branch of KFH, so this is the second experience I’ve had dealing with them, and both times it was a pleasure. For anyone in the Islington area looking to buy or sell, I would definitely recommend using them. Furthermore, if you are in the area and have a property with unremeditated cladding and are looking for an agent to represent you, it is definitely worth contacting KFH and speaking to Jayden.

An amazing company and team. We have been dealing with the team in Raynes Park to sell a probate property. From the moment they came out to value the property to completion (with lots of issues and bumps along the road from buyers) they have been nothing but helpful, informative and absolutely amazing. They worked with us for over a year and always kept us informed without being overbearing. Were a great go between for us and the buyers and chased many issues for us.

The whole process from arranging the photographer to finding the tenant and finalising the paperwork, it was all very easy and smooth. They kept us updated and communicated very well. We were sorted in a few days. I highly recommend using KFH services.
