We really appreciated the clear and timely communication from both and rarely had any difficulties getting hold of them if we needed to. GoogleThis is the second time I have used KFH Clerkenwell and I have no hesitation in recommending them. In 2018 we achieved a quick and trouble-free rental very close to the asking price. In 2019 the market was much trickier thanks to Brexit but Fergus gave me a realistic market appraisal and sound on-going advice on the marketing progress which is just what one wants, particularly in a difficult market. This resulted in a rental very close to the asking price with new tenants moving in on a long lease as soon as all work required after the previous tenancy was completed. Fergus and his team are super-responsive and at no time did I have to wait for calls or call back. 10 out of 10.

As a first time buyer everything about mortgages was confusing. Sawan not only went out of his way to find me the best deal, he consistently treated me with respect and understanding as I navigated this complicated topic. He proactively looked for the best deals, and when he found one (even up to the week of exchange) he told me and we switched to the better deal. Sawan answered the phone whenever I called and never stopped being totally professional and decent. I’ve already recommended him to several friends and will continue to do so

Over several years of dealing with KFH as managing agents for Filton Court, I have experienced a shocking level of mismanagement, inefficiency, and disregard for their duties. Despite repeated complaints, KFH has failed to address critical issues, including ongoing roof leaks, misallocation of service charge funds, and persistent failures in communication and resolution.Key Issues:Ignored CAPEX RecommendationsIn 2020, a CAPEX report outlined urgent roof repairs. Instead of taking swift action, KFH delayed implementation for over four years. Their justification, arrears due to unpaid service charges, is unacceptable, as no meaningful efforts were made to recover these charges or inform leaseholders about the impact on essential worksFailure to Act on ComplaintsMultiple reports of leaks were ignored over several years. KFH consistently opted for ineffective temporary repairs, wasting funds and exacerbating the damage. Professional advice recommending a full roof refurbishment was disregardedQuestionable Financial PracticesService charge contributions for the reserve fund inexplicably fluctuated, quadrupling in one year without clear justification. GoogleRenting through Amanda at KFH was a great experience. Amanda was always professional and timely in her responses. The application and lease signing process was seamless -- all can be done digitally on a nice website (have not seen this with any other estate agents). I hope to stay at my flat for a while, but if I move, I would definitely work with Amanda again and highly recommend that anyone looking for a flat go through KFH because they make it so easy.

GoogleChris and the Rebeka from KFH were amazing, I wasn't even interested in seeing the apartment when I was showed the details, but I am so glad that Rebeka insisted as I ended up buying it! She obviously knew exactly what I was looking for even though I didn't! Chris was a life safer throughout the whole process which wasn't the easiest, he kept positive and very calm, encouraging me the whole way through the difficult stages, I think if it wasn't for him I would have given up the will to carry on with the purchase but he kept me going and it was worth it in the end because I now have the most fabulous apartment in the heart of Farringdon. I still pop in the office to say "hi" every now and then and I am always greeted with such enthusiasm and genuine friendliness, I would never buy anything from another agency now! It was my first time renting a property and I was quite anxious about estate agents. But Fergus had made the process so easy from start to finish. Always on call, replied to all my emails very quickly. I would also like to add how compassionate and kind both Fergus and Tom were. Both made sure that everything was sorted. She has been incredibly responsive and helpful from the moment that I started looking for a flat, and provided help throughout the entire process. She is very attentive, friendly, and honest. She is always patient, and at no point was she ever even the slightest bit pushy. With her help (along with the rest of the team at KFH) I ended up finding the perfect apartment in the right area and could not be happier. Again, I highly recommend her and will definitely ask for her again when the time comes to move house. Thank you!

The Fulham Branch with manager Alistair were great in every way. I was keep well informed. The sale was a difficult one- probate sale. Plus I had serious health issues along the way. They were helpful, considerate and put themselves out to help me. Nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend this branch very highly.

We started renting with KFH last year and since then they have been nothing but unhelpful. I don’t know if it’s because we were immigrants and new to the renting industry but they forgot to mention lots of issues with the flat and that the landlord managed the property. The landlord not once helped us, the main door didn’t lock and he didn’t understand the issue, mold in the bathroom, broken domestic electrics that were never fixed etc. The fact that they accept these type of landlords tells you a lot. Furthermore, he hasn’t given us back our security deposit and the agency has done nothing to help us. When they started the flat views to rent it again they were unprofessional and impatient. I was working from home once, I had told the agent this information which she decided to ignore to then proceed to buzz again and again without an apology or thanks. Be careful with them.

Good communication and customer serviceWe recently sold our house having lived there for 27 years and so hadn't experienced the house moving process for a long time.Catherine who dealt initially with our sale before her maternity leave was excellent, keeping us informed throughout the process but without giving us unrealistic expectations. Jack then took over and also kept us regularly updated with calls and ensured a smooth end to the sale despite issues with one of the parties further down the chain.
