I have been using Hamptons for my rental management for some time, but I wanted to share a specific update on the service I’ve received in recent months. The level of support has been truly outstanding, and that is almost entirely down to Annabel Onuche. Lately, Annabel has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure my property is managed to the highest standard. Her hard work, responsiveness, and "can-do" attitude have made a noticeable difference in my experience as a landlord. She doesn't just manage the day-to-day; she anticipates issues before they arise and handles everything with such professionalism and care. I am incredibly grateful for her dedication, she has been exceptionally helpful and is a fantastic asset to the Hamptons team. If you want a property manager who genuinely takes pride in their work and provides total peace of mind, I cannot recommend Annabel enough.

I have benefited from the letting agency and property management services provided by the Islington office of Hamptons since 2015. Both services have allways been excellent and, having also used initially a different number of agencies in the area, I can say without doubt they are well beyond the quality of any of their competitors. I have never looked anywhere else for almost a decade now. On the letting agency side George Ioannou has always been fantastic, providing extremelly useful advice and feedback during the whole letting process. We have developed a great working relationship over the years and he has helped me in all situations well beyond expectations. For someone who owns several properties and lives outside the UK it has been invaluable to have someone like George on the ground giving you such peace of mind every time. On the property management side Monika Petraityte has has been managing my properties during all these time and has allways done a fantastic job. There is no comparison between the management services of Hamptons and any other agents in Islington and within the Hamptons team Monika is a real star. Lots of repairs have been necessary over the years and Monika has always been very quick to find quotes from providers and very reliable at following up on the works being done quickly and to standards. Living far away it is really important for peace of mind to have someone managing your property which you know will always get things done extremelly well and fast.

I have been dealing with George Ioannou at Hamptons Islington for over ten years and he has consistently provided an exceptional service. George handles the lettings for my multiple flats and always goes above and beyond. His knowledge of the local market is second to none and he brings a level of care, professionalism and continuity that is incredibly rare in the industry. Over the years I have been approached numerous times by other agents offering their services, but I have never had any interest in moving away from George. He understands my portfolio, looks after my properties as if they were his own, and always delivers results. George is a genuine asset to Hamptons and a major reason for my long standing loyalty to the company. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

We've worked with around a dozen real estate agencies, and Emily Beck is by far the best we've seen anywhere. She is everything that you'd want in a real estate agent: incredibly proactive, trustworthy and responsive. We know that when relevant properties come through, she will reach out to us ASAP. She's been patient with us and responded to our questions within minutes at all times of day. Cannot recommend her and Hamptons enough.

We used Hamptons to market and then management a BTL property in Crouch End. They let the property well and were good at keeping in regular contact with me. There was always a doubt in my mind when quotes came through for maintenance - could I get it cheaper - but by in large they were reasonable. Victoria has been incredibly helpful. I needed to find another home, and with her help, I was able to finish everything within a matter of a day. Once I had completed the admin (which was super quick due to her guidance), everything was ticked away without any hassle. She's been incredibly helpful from day 1, and also throughout the moving in phase. Daniel has been so helpful from start to finish. He knew the area and building so well and helped make securing long term tenants as easy as possible. There were a few teething issues at the start of the tenancy, and he sorted them with no fuss which helped reduce a lot of the stress! From the initial calls with Dario and meeting the agents to viewings, offers and completion, our entire experience with Hamptons Islington was fantastic. We found them to be highly professional, proactive and responsive. We were never left in the dark during the process; the team informed us of viewings in advance and shared feedback straight after. I just want to say thank you to Claudia and Dario, I sold and bought my new home through them this month. I’m happy I went with them as there a cut above the rest. You pay more to be with Hamptons but from my experience, they are nice people and there approach is not aggressive as it is with other estate agents. I will be recommending you guys. - As already suggested you really need to up your game with a gift or at least a keyring when you had over keys to a new home. It's very little but would go along way as well as being good for your branding.

I recently sold my flat with Hamptons Islington who kept smiling and persevering despite the frustrating market conditions at the end of 2022 (big shout out to Liz Truss for that one). The sale completed nonetheless and by the end I’d got to know Mark, Dario and the rest of the team there very well. Two main points to make about them 1) fantastically professional and hard working, taking messages when on holiday (thanks Mark!), making sure viewings were always on time and that the conveyancing went smoothly with just over two months between offer and completion 2) a lovely bunch of people who were a genuine pleasure to deal with. In fact, now it’s all over I miss them!

I recently sold my property with the help of Jonny and Dario, and could not recommend them more highly. They have been supportive, thoughtful, efficient and proactive throughout the process, and I really appreciated the consistency of communication and the way it felt very personal. I felt there was mutual respect in the relationship, which was important to me as it is not always the case with estate agents!
