should not show or even take the property on their books

viewing arranged fine. day of viewing phone call to say go to second site first and then the first . no one turned up so i phone office. then viewing person who justs works weekend turned up ,she said been waiting at other property!. problem with communication from dexters staff? shown property that had broken in door with padlocks added and surrounding wood frame all broken.

Alice Simpson is not to be trusted at Dexters. I sent my holding deposit which is meant to remove a property from being seen and allow me time to sign a tenancy contract. Then she hides behind her manager who calls me to let me know the flat was actually sold however they didn’t even have the decency to let me know that it was even for sale. Now three weeks later I am receiving emails from Dexters about my “upcoming move” to which I’ve emailed and called about asking to stop and have not even received a response from Alice. Everything about this process has been unethical and completely unprofessional.

Very happy with Dexters

We rented a property with Dexters a month ago. The process was very smooth and quick. We’ve now settled in and Dominic Glover has been very helpful in resolving all the issues faced when first moving in. Dominic is extremely proactive and a great problem solver. Excellent Property Management Service

I am very happy with the property management service provided by Dexter and I would like to give a special shout out to the Senior Property Manager, Petros Giorganios. There was an appliance broken in my apartment and needed repair service. Throughout the process, Petros followed up my case closely, give me clear instructions and options on what I could do/choose to get repair done. He would give me phone calls to clarify and explain the situation, like how I should arrange parking space in my property estate and make sure I got it right. During the phone call, he is very polite and explain things to me patiently.

Excellent work George Calderara and Isabelle Strack

My self and my husband had made the decision to value our property by 3/4 local estate agents. By far Dexter’s was the best so professional and I knew at that stage I wanted to instruct with them. George at the Hendon branch and Isabell were the two individuals we had the pleasure of dealing with. As much as I didn’t enjoy the process of selling and buying they could not have done any more to be supportive and professional. It’s a very emotional process and takes time and patience but like I said they were very professional, kind, patient and always there for a chat. Well done Dexters. Louisa was incredible! The rental market can be overwhelming but Louisa made it as seamless as possible. She listened to what we wanted and showed us really great properties. I wish I had met her sooner in the search process! As for the application and getting approvals in order, Louisa was incredibly attentive and made sure everything was completed swiftly. I couldn't recommend Louisa and Dexters highly enough. I have already passed on her information to a friend for their future search.

I had raised few issues with my rental flat, Carl Tettey was extremely helpful and followed up with me on a weekly basis and provided update and assured me all issues will be resolved. He was very caring and he does actually care about the tenants. Carl is easy and friendly and he is quick to respond and easy to talk you. We have been with Dextors for a few years since they took over Douglas Martin's and to be honest, initially it was very difficult as there didn't appear to be clear lines of communication, with various names being involved.However more recently, Monika has been front and centre for all of our enquiries, complaints and coounication in general and things have improved greatly.I look forward to hopefully giving 5 stars this time next year.

First tenancy experience

First of all I have no previous experience to compare with but I as per my opinion Dexters really tries to provide good service. There are minuses and pluses, but in general I have a good opinion about this company.I was checking in my apartment but it was not clean at all. Dexters could manage cleaning service of the carpets on the 24 of Dec right before Christmas.But after check in I have been receiving a good assistance from Property Management as well as Maintenance teams.Many thanks to Jada Palmer for her willingness to help, address the issues and quick communication with the owner of apartment.

High quality property management from Donalina Gargrupe

I have worked with Donalina Gargrupe, who has been an excellent property manager. I really like the fact that she has always consulted me quickly about any problems that arise in a calm and professional manner, as well as making sure I get reasonably priced quotes for work that needs doing. I have appreciated her advice and feel she has helped me to be a good landlord. I have not always had the communication I want from property managers in the past and wish there were more like Donalina!

I was helped by Conor in the Islington branch to secure my new rental property and it couldn't have been a smoother experience. My move was sorted out quickly and I felt comfortable throughout the entire process with Conor providing great advice throughout also. Any time I needed an update or further information provided he was quick to ensure I had everything I needed which made the process easy and less stressful. The properties the agency represent are also of a high calibre which made it very easy to find something that suited me. Absolutely useless team of managing…

Absolutely useless team of managing agents. Always take forever to reply to your emails/calls. Constantly making out everything is our fault. We had a 20 year old bath in our flat, a small crack appeared and when we reported it, they said we were liable to buy a new one. Thankfully I know my rights and this constitutes ‘fair wear and tear’. However, they dug their heels in and it took over a month for them to replace it, at one point they suggested we go 50/50.
