Great Experience as a landlord

We have worked with Claire Gallagher-Doherty at Dexter's to let our properties for many years. Things are run smoothly, rents paid on time and they have found good, solid tenants that stay for long leases. The tenants seem happy and well looked after as well as the properties. The team recently helped market my flat in Islington over quite a lengthily period whilst the block of flats were going through fire safety / cladding issues. They were unbelievably helpful from start to finish. Will, Izzy, Geoff, Dan and Karen were always on hand to offer their advice but were never pushy. They always understood their seller. I actually ended up selling with a second estate agent as their buyers offered way over asking price which made it impossible to refuse, but the team were extremely professional and happy for me that I got the best price possible. This just reinforced what a fantastic team they are and are different to other agents. I would highly recommend the Islington Dexters team to anyone selling in the area. You will be in very safe hands. Thank you again for everything team.

I have recently dealt with Ellie…

I have recently dealt with Ellie Padgett from Wetherells Estate Agents. The process was very smooth with Ellie being very efficient on all fronts. We had a slight issue at check-in and Ellie handled the matter very promptly even meeting me on-site personally. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ellie and Wetherells. From the dealings I have had with her, I would say she is an asset to the organisation and you are lucky to have her!

Excellent after service

We have been renting through Dexters and have found the whole experience to be a really positive one. Sometimes agencies can be great for the initial deal and drop off, but we have had the opposite experience. We have been really impressed by the management service provided by Dexters. In particular, property manager Khalisha has been exceptional; really going above and beyond to be as helpful as possible. 5 stars!

I receive dozens of emails arranging viewings outside of agreed viewing times to the point I feel harassed, doors left open during viewings which allowed my cat to escape and no apology, just gaslighting as they "don't remember" doing this. Despite providing multiple days and times for viewings, they just ignore these which makes me wonder if it's malicious or stupidity, or worse both. My tenancy has ended and I am STILL receiving emails for viewing confirmations and despite a reply saying I would be contacted to discuss the issues that never happened.
