Friendly and polite service from our building manager and their colleagues. The contractors that get sent out can be hit or miss but the Dexter team is great.

GoogleChris and Alex at the Farringdon/Clerkenwell office have been great to deal with. They only showed us properties that accurately suited our requirements (none were below par) and when we made an offer, worked hard to negotiate a fair deal for us as tenants and the landlord. Very professional, helpful and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend them as a letting agency.

I am very tired of seeing outdated ads on Dexters website. I am looking for a place to rent at the moment, called one of the offices. They said the flat is gone in December! Come on guys we’re in March. They weren’t willing give recommendations for the other flats. Quite disappointed!

Dexter's was forced upon me when they bought my managment company since then they are very unhelpful and only care about themselves not the client fyi I'm paying huge feesI would never recommend using Dexter's to lease, sell or manage your property it makes me sick now and I can't wait to escape as soon as possible...

TrustpilotOne aggressive sales person but good management response
I said I was I interested in a flat.A lady called me 3 times in less than a minute the next day.When I finaly picked up, I said I thought it was urgent as I had 3 calls back to back but that I was at work. The lady on the phone insisted, said that if I couldn't make it today or tomorrow before 4pm it would be gone. I said I couldn't, she said "ok" and simply hung up obviously upset without even saying good bye.Management called me back after my bad feedback and was very nice and apologetic saying this is not the way they normally deal with people. So not too bad in the end.
