GoogleAlthough I didn’t end up taking a property with Dexters, I would thoroughly recommend using them for future home searches. Not only do they conduct themselves with utmost professionalism, Melisa in particular was great. She took time in listening to my requirements, branching out my search to her colleagues in the relevant branch’s and made sure to keep in touch to see how it was all going. We are a current tenant and have raised multiple issues with the landlord however Dexters continually give us messages that they are following up on the issue but no correspondence from there on. Issues like a broken fridge took more than 2 weeks to be sorted and we have outstanding issues that have been "followed on" for months.Dexters have shown they will align themselves with the landlord and not the tenant.

When leaving a joint tenancy, all parties spoke to Dexters, agreed everything and notice was handed in. 3 months later went back on explicit guidance to try to extract additional charges from both tenant and landlord. Staff member was unhelpful and lied about past advice given. Do not recommend working with this company.

GoogleI’m on a contract with Dexter with two years. The only times they reply me timely are when they need me to pay rent. For any issues of the property, I email them they would completely ignore me. Very disappointed. I don’t feel respected at all.
