GoogleTerrible service. Over a year ago my full deposit (held with DPS) was paid to Oakhills to cover the outstanding rent on a property managed by them. To date Oakhills will not give reference reason being "outstanding rent". Fair?

Hi Guida, Thanks for your feedback and im sorry you feel this way. We have also noted your husbands 1 star review, please find our response below. When a property is rented the deposit is taken at the beggining of the tenancy for rental arrrears and damages, unfortunately due to the damages left when you rented the property and rental arrears from rent which was unpaid by you and your husband we had to deduct this from your deposit. I hope you understand that this money goes to our landlord to cover there losses for the repairs that where needed when you and your husband vacated the property and for the rental arrears incurred by yourselves. I hope this clarifies things for you, and you understand that this is normal practice when renting a property. Yours sincerely, Michael Wright Director

GoogleVery rude, and treats customers with disrespect tried to rent a 1 bedroom property, and he gave it to another person with deposit already down wouldn't recommend to anyone

Omar, this is completely not the case. We had the offer accepted by our landlord but received a call today that he decided to rent the property to a family member. This is completely out of our control until contracts are signed, and your deposit will be refunded in full to you immediately. Your threatening behaviour on the phone to the staff in our office, who were only trying to help, is totally unacceptable.
