GoogleRefused to pay deposit back saying walls were marked, charged for leaving a washing machine but when asked prior to vacating they said it was ok, son couldnt live in the property due to extreme damp which was apparently his fault for not using heating when it wasnt cold enough to warrant having heating on,we scrubbed all the damp off the walls but it kept coming back, said the curtain rail was hanging off but we fixed it on as it was loose when he moved in, toilet kept breaking it was a disaster renting this property and would avoid at all cost

FacebookI would give Lyn 10 stars if I could! Renting a property while abroad can be an issue, but not for ABiggerFish! Lyn managed to clarify everything over email and schedule a viewing with very short notice, always attentive, kind and professional. Within a week, she took care of everything for us, from the 1st contact to the letting itself. Can’t praise her enough! Thank you!

GoogleAlot of problems. And a letting agent who bends the rules and obviously doesnt understand housing laws. Landlords seem to be bullys and clueless and the agent there just for comunication with tenant and to take fees. Be careful. Using this letting agent. Record everything and stand your ground

GoogleOverly priced property. Was paying £150 more than a neighbour in an identical flat only found out after leaving. Lyn then turns up at my grandparents house and try’s to cause trouble. DO NOT USE
