If I could give more than five stars I would. Clive at Property Matters went above and beyond to help me through an urgent, stressful situation , he answered straight away, listened carefully, and found a practical solution within hours. Throughout the process he was calm, transparent and genuinely caring, always keeping me updated and checking back afterwards. It’s rare to find someone so professional and kind . Clive made a really difficult day feel manageable. If you need an agent who actually cares and will act fast, ask for Clive. I can’t thank him enough

I’ve lived in my home for 13 years, and throughout that entire time, Property Matters has been absolutely amazing. Amazing experience. My partner and I rented a flat for 2 years from Property Matters. We viewed the flat and signed a pre-contract on the same day. Our letting agent Ben was incredible. Very honest, helped with every single query/issue with the flat in the course of the two year and was very accommodating and helpful when we decided to move out. I would like to point out Ben, Mo & Clive for their outstanding support and urgency in dealing with any concerns/ mishaps I have had in the apartment during my tenancy. My husband and I are happy with the service Property Matters has provided. I was very particular with the kind of property I wanted and eventually found a great property. Ben was extremely helpful and sign posted us each step of the way. The property was initially set as unfurnished, however Ben arranged brand new furniture for us at no extra charge. Additionally, we had an issue with the central heating. I called the office, Clive arranged an engineer within an hour and half. All sorted now. Overall, we're happy we've found a lovely place to call home and a good letting agency. Thanks again guys

Having spending most of my life renting in London I found the typical stereotype towards estate agents to be justified and I had resided to paint them all with the same brush after dealing with the big culprits! (we know who they are!) That was until I stumbled upon Property Matters, a local estate agents specialising in the Docklands E14 area!
