GoogleFrom the initial valuation visit by Paul through to completion the whole team have been excellent. The communication from Louise, Melody and Will was invaluable in steering the sale through to a conclusion, particularly given the poor level of contact from the conveyancer. Louise in particular was instrumental in providing the link between both parties’ solicitors in order to maintain momentum throughout the process.

On top of this our purchase was during lockdown which posed more complications, but the team would give as much assurance and information as possible to keep the sale moving along. GoogleI have used Nick Tart's Ironbridge branch to both sell and buy property. I have always found them to be professional in all my dealings with them, honest as to what the property is worth and how quick a sale can conclude, not just telling me what I want to hear. They kept me up to date with the purchase / sale of the properties involved and was always willing to help and advice on the purchase / sale etc I found the whole team to be friendly and very knowledgeable giving me loads of confidence. I would definitely recommend using Nick Tart, I will be using them again.

Googlevery attentive without being pushy house was valued above what we thought and the details and photos were very good. Will was very helpful as a 1st point of contact and viewings were plentiful but we were not pressurized to accommodate people at any time it was at our convenience i would recommend Nick Tart to anybody no hard sell and they just want to help us get the best value.

At all times we felt in really good hands and would recommend them without hesitation. Louise is the most professional agent we have dealt with over many years. GoogleThe staff were very good at updating us on viewings and then subsequent developments as the sale progressed. Always clear, open but very professional we always felt they were working to keep things moving well. There prices are in line with most agents but their attention to detail goes above and beyond. GoogleThe staff at Nick Tart were excellent throughout our sale and purchase, they worked with us and the vendors to answer questions and sort issues over the Covid-19 lockdown. The manager, Paul, explained everything in detail and our contact, Louise, was brilliant in talking to us, the vendors and the solicitors. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Will, Louise and Paul at Telford / Ironbridge were always a pleasure to deal with, as was Jayne at Much Wenlock.
