I had a fantastic experience with Nick Tart Estate Agents, especially Maisie who handled the sale of my house from start to finish. From the moment the property went on the market, the service was excellent. They managed to get my house listed in less than six days, which was incredibly impressive. The team were great at organising viewings and always kept me updated with feedback. Throughout the whole buying and selling process, Maisie in particular was absolutely brilliant. She went above and beyond, liaising with other agents and solicitors, helping with negotiations, and making sure everything kept moving forward. Everyone at Nick Tart was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. I honestly couldn’t fault the service at all. A big shout out to Maisie for all her hard work. She was fantastic. Having bought and sold many properties over the last 30 years, I can honestly say that our experience dealing with our sale through Nick Tart Ironbridge stands out by a country mile. From the beginning the entire staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. Paul’s valuation was spot on. I bought my new house via Nick Tart and they made things extremely smooth at an already very stressful time. I originally dealt with Louise who was very friendly and professional. She kept me updated with any news. After speaking with other members of staff later on I found they were all exactly the same. Very friendly and extremely helpful. We had excellent service from Nick Tart estate agents. They gave us the most realistic selling price and we were able to sell our property relatively quickly. Unfortunately that sale fell through but we sold again on the day it went back on the market. The staff were more than helpful. They were polite, even at moments of meltdown on our part, friendly and very professional. They were always on hand for advice. We often chose to speak to them rather than solicitors to get an update- if they didn’t know the answer they would find out. We have bought and sold quite a few houses in the past and used a number of estate agents around the country. I can safely say that Nick Tart have been the best of the lot. Ours wasn’t an easy sale, whose is!, but Nick Tart went the extra mile for us as I’m sure they do for all their clients. Well done Nick Tart and our thanks go to you all but especially Louise Mansell.

We had our mortgage through Nick Tart financial services and Steve and Jackie's service was excellent. Since completion the rental side has been handled by the lettings department and Claire, Leanne and Tracey have kept us fully informed of all the landlord requirements.
