Taking my deposit rather than compensation for forcing me to leave the house after big leakage from hot water pipe that was broken by their contractor during fixing a new merchant and left leaking for 2 weeks despite my repeated emails. We found working with Dean from DNG very pleasant. From the point of sales agreed to closing the deal was smooth although it took some time to get to that point. The reason for the 4 stars is for them to improve on communication especially when things aren't going as scheduled, they need to keep their customers up-to-date in a timely fashion. Asides from that everything else was great.
