I can't praise, thank, nor reccomend Conor highly enough for his guidance and support last year regarding valuation for a probate issue. Conor helped us to sell our property in Cobh and we couldn't have been more impressed; from start to finish, he oversaw everything personally, giving expert advice and guiding us through the process from valuation, listing and photography. I'm extremely disappointed in my dealings with DNG Cobh, in particular the auctioneer Donna. I viewed a property, I expressed an interest in it (but I was awaiting information from an engineer) so I asked to be kept in the loop on bids.
