Google⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Debbie was absolutely excellent throughout the whole process of securing my new home. She was incredibly efficient, helpful, and professional from start to finish. One thing that really stood out was how quickly she responded to emails, I always felt informed and supported, and any questions I had were answered clearly and promptly. If I needed something sorting, Debbie got straight on it and made sure it was dealt with. She went above and beyond when I had an issue with the WiFi not being registered with BT Openreach. Debbie contacted the relevant management team/developer, who then liaised with Openreach to get my property correctly registered. It was such a relief, and she handled it all seamlessly. Overall, Debbie made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. She was proactive, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive throughout. I couldn’t fault her service and would highly recommend her to anyone. I’d also like to mention Korben, who very kindly came out at short notice to meet me at the property so I could take some measurements before the tenancy went through. This was arranged seamlessly, with no hassle at all, and was a really helpful part of the service. Thank you to the Oakheart Team.

GoogleI’m looking to relocate to Ipswich, I called the branch and spoke to an agent called Kayleigh. She was really helpful and even went out of her way to help me with school catchment areas to help me weigh up with which areas would be suitable for me and my family. Thank you Kayleigh! GoogleWell I have nothing negative at all to say about my dealing with Thompsons. Yes Chris is perhaps a bit brusque....but he has to be....then everyone knows where they stand. He's not a friend...he's just doing his job. I have rented from them for 7 years.....have had no problems at all. Allan in particular has been very helpful...as have the phone staff. Thank you all.

GoogleBeen using Thompsons to manage a rental property in Ipswich for several years. Very thorough in cross checking references for new tenants. If you want an agent who will take care of everything ie inventory, repairs/replacement with minimal input then Thompsons are the agent for you.

GoogleOur rent goes up randomly by ridiculous amounts for no reason, despite no jobs ever being done by the company even if you ask repeatedly, they have the monopoly on people who can’t or aren’t employed and exploit the situation to high heaven

GoogleI was very displeased and also very angry with the service this estate agents have provided over the last month! To have taken my money and handed a house to someone else who has not paid a penny is a very fraudulent thing to do! I have paid good money and provided very good faith that they would provide the service that is to be expected! I would avoid this establishment at all costs. Very incompetent with admin and have lost all my trust! I can only imagine what they would have been like if I'd have gotten the house I'd applied for!
