GoogleProfessional, courteous and efficient. Having successfully rented out a City Centre apartment through Martin & Co, I can report it was a surprisingly pleasant experience. The proficient and professional manner of the staff Sam and Poppy was complimented by the efficiency and ease of the process. I would not hesitate to use them again and am gratfeul for the service provided.

GoogleMartin & Co Ipswich provided a fantastic service when I recently moved, Poppy was amazing she was approachable, friendly and extremely helpful... Everything was organised and arranged for me... Nothing was any trouble or inconvenience for them and most importantly I didn't have to chase them for anything, highly recommended and always will be my first choice of letting Agents.

GoogleVery frustrating and difficult to deal with. The person I spoke to talked over me non stop, interrupted me every time I tried to speak and was very rude with a bad attitude. The person I spoke to refused to answer even the most basic of questions. I appreciate they require certain information prior to booking a viewings, but to refuse to hand over even basic information so you are forced to send over all your personal information is poor business practice in my opinion, and unnecessarily intrusive.

GoogleSuch a bad experience with this people.we lived there in a flat which was rented from this agency and I want to inform many things to others such as I raised a maintenance issue in the month of February and they turned up after 2months After the end of the tenancy we gave them the property with out any damage and wear and tear however they deducted our money almost half of the deposit has been deducted and they are giving us unwanted reasons.Such a bad customer service

GoogleTerrible customer service. Called on the Monday to book a viewing of a property. The rep could not tell the room sizes for the bedrooms but said we would come and view on Thursday. No response to email so called today, Wednesday to be told viewing all booked as alot of instead. A email or call would have been nice! Only came on the market Monday. So I've called and told viewings full booked. Oh we got your email but didn't answer. Not very professional at all.

GoogleI have found Martin and Co. communicative and professional as letting agents. It is often very problematic as to why a certain property lets immediately and a very similar one sticks for a while. Our property was all but let fairly quickly but the prospective tenant had to withdraw for personal reasons. I believe that Martin and Co. are doing all that can be realistically done at the moment to re-let the property; viewings are currently in hand and we hope to have a new tenant soon. Only time can realistically inform with respect to long term performance.

GoogleMartin and Co lied to me and my partner to get us to move into the house. I then sent a complaint email to Martin and Co which was completely ignored and I am still waiting for a response after a month. They tend to say something and commit to things that they don't have intentions on following up and conviniently forget they ever made promises. Me and my partner are now renting a house from Martin and Co but they destroyed all the excitement of moving in together and made it incredibly stressful.

GoogleBefore I needed to arrange a Managing Agent in early 2017, I completed my due diligence by looking at reviews for many Agents in and around. I decided upon Martin & Co. I have now had a Property with Martin & Co for over a year now and are now on our second tenants after unfortunate problems with the first tenants. The fees which included Insurance protection, etc were invaluable [I would strongly recommend taking this cover ] Martin & Co took the lead on this, applied for the insurance rent monies, etc and arranged for the end of tenancy. This was stressful but they did everything to put me at ease. New tenants were eventually sourced with few, if any, problems. I would recommend Martin and Co as they are very professional and always kept me updated at all times with the position.

The process of moving and renting was entirely new to me but with their friendly staff and guidance, it was pain free and easy to figure out. They explained every detail clearly and transparently, making me feel at ease. They also have great a customer service with quick replies via email and are easily contactable by phone. Overall, I would recommend Martin & Co, they do what they say on the tin and with a smile!

FacebookHad a flat viewing where the representative here was very judgemental towards myself and my partner. Once he found out that we were just starting viewings on flats and we're looking 6 weeks to 1 month in advance of moving in, he rudely packed up and left. Viewing only lasted 10 minutes or so I haven't been able to bring this up with them as they no longer answer my phone number. I attempted to contact them regarding another property and it took 9 calls to get through and be told I'll get a call back which never came! Absolutely appalled by them and they have had every chance to answer the phone, call me or contact me by email 100% would never recommend, far more estate agents in the area more willing to help and more polite
