I had a last minute job relocation to Suffolk from the north west, I was struggling to find a place to move to in such short notice. Jospeh's; Especially Rebecca ensured my transition and move was done promptly. She was very helpful by capturing a video tour due to not being able to physically view it. so when I arrived everything was good to know and she shared some local knowledge as I was new in the area. Rebecca was extremely through with both moving in and leaving the tenancy as well as she dealt with all other complications. she was courteous of my move and schedule viewers when it was best for me. Highly recommend their services. Mo.

We used Josephs to sell my mothers home in Colchester recently and would like to congratulate the team on a job well done. The whole process was very smooth and painless. The initial contact from the sales negotiator and explanation of the process was excellent and we were happy to signup with them. The listing Josephs produced for us was one of the most professional listings I have seen and truly believe it helped sell the property. Speed to market was really impressive too. The Josephs team conducted all our viewings and the organization and the management of those viewings was great. It was a real weight off our minds handing the whole process over to them. The agreed sale negotiation was really easy too and there was no pressure to reduce the sale price, which was welcomed. Would I use Joseph Estate agents again - definitely! AND would also recommended them to anyone else.

We decided to sell our home with Joe after having spoken on a few occasions when looking at a house he was selling. Our own chosen agent hadn't sold our house in 16 weeks and we were feeling quite negative. On our first day with Joe, we had 6 viewings booked and within 24 hours, we had an offer that we were very happy with. Joe is friendly, professional and makes you a priority. He will offer as much advice as needed. Marketing is superb. The video tour is amazing and shows people the reality of your home. Fantastic agent and we would highly recommend.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

‘Dog with a bone’ doesn’t even come close to the determination and enthusiasm regarding this company. Will and Gemma looked after our sale and they were outstanding in pushing forward even in the most difficult of circumstances. Will told us he would sell our property at our very first meeting, and he kept his word. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for an Estate Agent who offer a very competitive service.

I have dealt with many agencies over my 25 years in property and felt that the standard had gone down of how estate agents conduct their business. Joseph Property Agency have surprised and impressed me with their efficiency, tenacity and friendly nature throughout the whole transaction. I don't usually write reviews but felt compelled and would strongly recommend using Joe and Gemma to sell your home or to buy a new one.

Joseph Property Services have recently sold a house for us. William dealt with the sale to a highly professional standard. The marketing and advertising of the property was excellent. We had lots of viewings all organised and carried out by William. All queries were dealt with promptly and efficiently. William was courteous, friendly and approachable and I would not hesitate to use their services again. Thank you Wlliam.

Can’t fault these guys. William dealt with me initially and Joe had a fair bit of input. Stuck to their agreement. Price was very fair for the service offered. One sale fell through but they backed it up with a higher offer, although it took a while through no fault of their own they chased and persisted with chasing the seller on my behalf. Recommended.

We are buying a property through Joseph Property Agency and they are so helpful. Joe is dealing with the sale and has responded to any queries we've had very quickly. They have been professional, responsive and honest, which is refreshing as that is not the case with other agencies we have dealt with in the past. I would recommend them to anyone thinking of selling their home who wants a buyers perspective.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I've never had a good experience with an estate agent before and, after bad experiences with a couple of other Ipswich-based agents, I wasn't expecting to have a better experience this time - but I was wrong. Natalie was great from start to …

Great busy office ideal for those not…

Great busy office ideal for those not wanting a load of guidance and just relax knowing things are moving in the right direction. Dealt mostly with William and Gemma throughout the sale of our home. Being honest we thought we were going to go with a more traditional and longer established agency who on paper have the 'most' sales in our area but the moment William came around - upon his exit-we both said to each other 'who would you trust more to sell this house!' So we went with Joseph's and got full asking in around a week! The best parts which suited particularly are that they are similar to doing an online service in that the app provided enabled me to see all requests and select appropriately around our commitments whilst maxing out any time we had available for staged viewings and none of that calling back/forth wasting everyone's time. The photo package and 3D walk around are invaluable and there was no hard sell or awkward staring at facts and figures upon the initial meet up unlike some agencies who in my opinion hand out too many glossy magazines. In this day and age all that paperwork and recycling is just unnecessary🤦 Unlike 100% online there was in my opinion a slightly better service through to completion and a local company office I could walk into if things did go astray and the huge benefit that they know the local area and would have had house hunters already on their property books. So yes weighing it all up I can fully recommend Joseph's Estate Agency and would definitely go to them again next time! Thank you team :)

My husband and I used Joseph Property on the sale of our property recently. It ended up being a really tricky, and frustrating, transaction for everyone involved (through no fault of Joseph Property). Despite this, we found both Will and Joe to be very reassuring and responsive throughout. In the month leading up to completion we were corresponding with Will and Joe on a daily basis - they responded to our emails nearly instantly (even late into the evening a few times!). We will be using them again on our next sale!
