We used Joseph’s for our recent sale and purchase. The pictures were taken quickly and looked great! Jemma was really quick to get our listing live and sold within 2 weeks. We unfortunately lost our first buyer but again Jemma was straight on it and found us a new buyer in a week. Jemma and Gemma continually helped chasing solicitors and our buyer when we needed updates to ensure we were moved to our new home before the arrival of our baby in March. The whole team are really friendly and always available to pick up a call or message. We couldn’t be happier with our new home and we are thankful to Joseph’s for helping make this happen. Would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend! When buying our first house we had our first experience with a number of estate agents, my partner and I can confidently say Jemma was the best of the lot. She initially showed us around a property we were unsure of however she took the time to really listen to what it is that we were looking for and took the initiative to invite us to view another property that same day. We fell in love with the place and now it’s our first home. Even once the sale had been agreed Jemma was attentive and made sure we could go for a second viewing with ease. When we eventually look to sell we hope Jemma is still around to sell our house as we have no doubt she would do an amazing job!

Joseph Property were absolutely brilliant from the moment we enquired with them right through to the day of completion. They have a family business feel about them, and you really feel like they've got your back. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they were able to liaise with solicitors when necessary, whilst keeping us in the loop. Both of them were always very kind, listened to my point of view and generally offered a very positive experience. There are many agents in Ipswich, some chains, some Independent who are truly awful. Oliver said he had a house that had just come up and he said he thought of me when he saw it I was so enthralled with the house it suits me so well! It was mentioned by him that he could have the place ready for me by the end of the week and I was like “we’ll see!” And Joseph’s did it! It’s helped a lot so that I can get things ready and organise what I want in there and move in in my own time. There was some paperwork that I’d been waiting for and I didn’t have to hassle them I’m so happy with the house I’m so excited to properly move in. Got the removals booked and now all I have to think about are the fun things. It’s a lovely place, a brand new start for me in such a lovely place. I still am amazed at how Oliver and the team pulled it off and I’m impressed at the speed and care taken. Thank you ☺️
