GoogleCarlos has provided excellent service throughout the time we were property hunting, he is very polite, although a bit too active sometimes calling 2-3 times a day regarding new properties. We have now found a house with another agent, but atleast he tried. Will be selling with haart for sure though!

GoogleA really unprofessional service. It is a shame to say but this was one of the worst estate agents I have ever dealt with. (Ipswich Suffolk Branch) Communication was appalling, broken promises and the person who was in charge of the rental service was really bad. So bad I am not sure if they were on work experience??? As one of the most expensive service providers in Ipswich your would have thought they would be on the ball, this was not the case. Whether you choose to sell or rent through them, beware there are much better estate agents in Ipswich/Suffolk.
