I did put an offer for a property with Abbotts, I've asked to provide decision in principle which I did and again I was asked to see their mortgage advisor with all the documents if this is correct. My mortgage broker is from a renowned company, I've provided my mortgage advisor phone number email etc. Still sales negotiator wanted me to go with all the documents. I found they are too pushy and they do not believe the paperwork I've provided. They think they are better then other estate agents in Ipswich. If you have to buy or sell via them, I would advise to avoid them.

Time wasters, as long you want to rent they will be nice and polite. My problems starts end of my tenancy, I've tried to contact agent multiple times, he ignored all my messages, emails, phone calls. I had to find out myself that he has moved to Ipswich branch. All problems I had with the house has been ignored and forgotten. He didn't turn up for appointment, didn't pick up the phone again, I've tried to contact branch, they didn't get back to me. I'm moving out, I wanted to do inventory check and hand over. I would give 0 stars but ain't available.

I came to the Ipswich Abbott's branch seeking a rental property, I had just reloaded from Australia and was in desperate need to find a rental property for myself and family. Jessica and Damian in the lettings team were exstreamly helpful and answered all of my questions. Being new to the area and never rented before I was very confused about the process - the team at Abbott's helped me throughout the way and one year on I'm still in my rental property that they found for me. My landlord goes for a fully managed service which is also very convenient and professional. Definatly an agent I will stick with.

Abbotts have been managing the letting of my property for a few years now and mostly things have been run very smoothly. Abbotts approached me a couple of weeks ago regarding two minor issues the tenant had. After I told them that I would like them just to go ahead and sort small jobs without the need to run it by me first, Olivia effeciently organised the two minor repairs without needing to come back to me through every step of the process. This helps keep my tenants happy, gives Olivea more job satisfaction and stops me being a bottleneck in the smooth running of my property.

Absolutely the worst Estate Agents I have ever come across. Went to view a property with them today and they did not turn up so I rang them. The agent replied that I had not been booked in - lie. Then I said that I had traveled for 90 minutes to view the property so could someone come to the property and show me round and then he lied that it had been sold. Disgusting. You have been warned.

Brilliant service, I use Damian and Jess to let out all 5 of my properties, each let has been quick and stress free. All the tenants have been full time working professionals and always look after the property like their own!
