Lettings department are to be avoided. Was trying to find a house to rent, dealt with Lauren. She never returned my phone calls, rarely replied to emails, and one month after applying for a house - I'm still to receive a decision. I've had to assume my application was unsuccessful and go elsewhere, but even a "no" would have been useful. Too stressful to deal with when trying to relocate to the area.

Thank you for belated apology. Like their co-conspirators Munro & Noble letting agents & solicitors from whom I have since belatedly acquired a written apology, 15 05 18. ASJ were the instigators & hence responsible for rendering me homeless 01 01 18. Disgraceful as are business reviews. Rendering tennents homeless, thru no fault of their own, has, since tgis debacle, been made illegal, in Scotland. (Post all but a decades lobbying. As of May 2026, this will also, be illegal in, England & Wales)...Ulster. I know not?
