Very happy to have used Innes and Mackay for both estate agency and conveyancing. Particularly delighted to have had Lauren managing the sale of our property , very professional, knowledgeable and focused as well as being a simply lovely person. Guided us through our offers with confidence and was a great communicator. Conveyancing generally is often quieter and slower but we found Innes and Dawn a great support at a couple of ‘wobbly’ times. Steered everything through and moved things along when they felt it required it. Again very knowledgeable and reassuring at what is often an anxious time, glad we chose this firm .

My experience is ongoing, 4 weeks ago we placed an offer on a property which was accepted, our solicitor has been chasing innes and mckay weekly for formal written acceptance, now chasing daily, we are due to move in two weeks.I personally called innes and Mckay and was told this would be dealt with, still no communication, I have sent 2 emails no response. It defies logic that a buyer of a property can be treated in such a way, the seller who is probably blissfully unaware is their customer. I note that when you get a 1 star review you ask for the reviewer to contact you, tried to contact you 3 different ways and this is my 4th. *****5th way through Facebook, and guess what no communication......

Phoned up today to make an appointment with Angela, that was no problem got an appointment, I then asked her Secretary Dinah MacDonald if she could speak with Angela before going on holiday regarding a form, I was told there was no such form.. but when speaking with Angela in our previous appointment, I was told there was a form. I then asked Dinah if she could speak with Angela about this form before going on holiday and I was told no she had a client in and was leaving straight away and won’t be back until the 12th. I think Dinah was so unprofessional on so many levels, and it has put me off going to see Angela.

Stay well away from this company. I had such a stressful time, such sloppy unprofessional work from solicitor. The director was even worse. I had to pull out half way through to another estate agent to make sure everything ran smoothly.
