I now wished Iβd made the decision to leave my last place sooner. Now Iβm the tenant of a beautiful modern flat.

FacebookI met Louise at Highland Residential when I had only two weeks left on my six weeks deadline to sell my house before to lose the one I had placed an offer on. I was in a huge rush and not particularly hopeful. Well, Louise and her team sold my house in a week AND at the asking price, allowing me to still be in the position to buy the one I wanted. I couldn't recommend this Company enough and I couldn't be happier with the service that they provide. Quick, smart and professional.

Their Mid-Market Rent scheme allowed me to move into a fantastic, brand new home at a very modest monthly cost, when affordable housing was increasingly rare to come by. Application was easy and they couldn't have been more helpful, actively seeking out properties that met my needs. Would highly reccomend and happily deal with them again in the future.

FacebookI was delighted to be able to secure a house through the Mid Market Rent scheme. I lived on an island and my job was ending, with no future prospects unless I moved to the mainland. With the help of a good friend who stood as my guarantor, Iβve been able to rent a lovely property in an area where I can find work and get back on my feet. This would not have been possible without the Mid Market Rent scheme. I am very grateful to Highland Residential for all their help and support.
