GoogleAbsolutely no point trying to get in touch with, the company is an absolute joke. They took over from an excellent service in Orkney and have left it in a complete shambles. Have absolutely no interest in helping their tenants

Dear Laura Johnston, we see that you were an applicant that did not have the credentials to apply for a property via our agency. We do have a more detailed rental application process in place than the agency that we took over to protect the interests of both Landlords and Tenants. You have never been a Tenant of ours however should you wish to progress a complaint, please contact the office directly and they will issue you with the complaint procedure process, although to go through a complaint you will require to be verified as a customer. GoogleBelvoir have been helpful and patient when I was renting for the first time, three years ago. They explained everything to me and have always been respectful of my odd working times, when flat inspections were due. Maybe I've been lucky in that my flat has been hassle free. I'm looking to move again this year and would like to use them again in my move.

GoogleHave had positive dealings with this agent. Have let several times with their help and my views and requirements are adhered to. In my experience they are very careful who they let property to and if everything does not add up satisfactorily with a potential tenant they always advise against any contract.
