GoogleOur first time moving out & renting. Madison has been good throughout the process, she promptly responds to my queries. There have been times when I had to follow up but honestly not a massive issue as we’re all humans and we get busy. So as long as you’re kind and patient, you’ll get that treatment back too. Thank you Madison for helping us secure our first property and being patient with me!

GoogleWe recently viewed a Property with Madison before travelling to the Middle East, the following morning. Although we were running a few minutes late, Madison patiently waited at the Property and still hosted the viewing, which was very kind of her. We really liked the Property and did not want to miss out on securing the Property before we travelled. Madison kindly advised us of the next steps that same evening, going out of her way to guide us, outside of office hours (considering our travelling circumstances) which was so helpful and set her apart from other local agents. While my partner and I were on holiday, Madison went above and beyond to communicate with us, ensuring that we could submit our references, deposit, signed tenancy agreement etc., despite us not being in the country. When we returned to the UK, Madison maintained a consistent and professional level of communication with us, answering any ad-hoc questions and providing a high level of service to us. Our experience with Madison as an agent has been excellent. Madison is an exceptional lettings agent who is knowledgeable, passionate, patient, communicable and EXTREMELY reliable. She has made our pre-moving in experience very easy. We would highly recommend her services.

GoogleBarrington's were absolutely fantastic when helping me find a property. Mark was the name of the estate agent who showed me a property in central Chelmsford; however unfortunately I wasn't lucky enough to secure the first property I saw. However, Mark went above and beyond to find me other possible flats that met my criteria, and quickly showed me the property I currently live in; within a matter of hours of missing out on the original property. The following day, I was shown the property, where I made an offer; and Mark helped secure a reasonable and affordable rate. He continued to help me even after moving to the property; ensuring I was fully set up and ready to start living in my new home. Would recommend to anyone. best Ben Dyson

GoogleI would like to give a big thank you to the entire Barringtons team for helping me with my home search in particular Mark. From the viewing stage, to submitting my offer, the process was very smooth in what would normally be a very stressful time. Huge credit to Mark for going above and beyond, answering all of my questions and responding very promptly to different matters that arose, even on his birthday. He did not have to do that and most companies would never do that. The property was extremely clean and then professionally cleaned once more before I moved in. I would just like to say thank you again. All of the hard work is greatly appreciated and I would absolutely reccomend to anyone looking for a new home!

She is also extremely prompt with her email replies and made the whole process super easy. She is so lovely and I wouldn't hesitate to use Barringtons again because of my great experience with her!

GoogleI'm quite skeptical of estate agents these days, but was reassured by the process of renting through Barringtons. Abby was able to help me find the place that's right for me and I'm very grateful. Communication throughout was spot-on and once I found the right place, the admin side of things was straight forward. I did try to look at properties using other local agents but they didn't follow through with my enquiries. Rest assured this place is legit.
