Hunters took over my tenancy from my landlord. Since then they have ignored emails asking for legal documents and repairs the landlord never did. Absolutely fuming because now I can't get any help

Hunters BlackpoolThe sales staff are loud, pushy, and act like a bunch of failed double-glazing salesmen desperate to close a deal.The office staff are incompetent, can't take messages, calls are not responded to and wrong information given out.A big fat zero for customer service skills. Just plain rude.I wouldn't recommend them to sell a garden shed.

Terrible management no valid electric safety cert for 5yrs. Floods in living rm not addressed for 2yrs. Put rent up by 350£ with no updating. Certificates emails ignored. Very poor standard of management. Don't care for tenant needs. Don't manage full stop

GoogleWe put our house on the market in mid 2014 with Hunters. They were very helpful with all aspects of the sale including getting some of the photos re shot when needed. Not too pushy but always there to help when needed. Sold the house in January 2015 and moved with very little stress in August 2015. Would recommend them as agents.

If I could give them a minus score I would , awful customer service. To name a few employees who work there Dominika , Monika , Amrit Gosal are absolutely atrocious and so unprofessional. I would not waste your time with this estate agent!!

Hunters stoke Newington N16 the worst. Bunch of unscrupulous agents and staff. They are rude and helpful and do not deal with complaints in a professional manner at all. They were selling and letting my property at the same time and were just useless at both Both sales and lettings staff are incompetent Do not use either

Been calling them more then 10 times. They say they're busy and they will get someone to call back in 5 mins yet no call received since yesterday. How busy can anyone get for 2 days that they cannot call back to their customers. Been trying to book a viewing. NO RESULT.

Having recently sold and purchased a house with Hunters I found them to be extremely helpful, they answered every question I had with ease and no task for was too much. They made the sale and purchase less stressful. I was very happy with the level of service we received.

Very unprofessional company who bully young tenants into doing their dirty work for them to give them less work to do for the next tenants. Very unhelpful and ignorant staff who work in the offices who dont even Acknowledge that you're there when you walk in. Would recommend avoiding dealing with these at all costs.

Absolutely pleased with this Estate Agent, helpful all the way through a stressful time. Julian in particular goes above and beyond. Niall sorted things out quicker than the solicitor on the day off moving. Girls in office also helpful and efficient. Would def recommend

GoogleI have used Hunters (Ilkley), several times to sell my properties. On all occasions the valuations were very accurate (and significantly higher than other agents valuations). The properties have been sold quickly and the team have been excellent in ensuring completion. I would have no hesitation in recommending Hunters and indeed have done to many friends and family.

Hunters threw me out during the covid, send emails that are the opposite of what they say in phone calls, and talk down to you when they speak to you on the phone. I was at the huddersfield branch, go see for yourself as its run by a bunch of b*tches :)

I've rented with them for 6 years and wouldn't recommend. Took them over 2 months to give our deposit back because they were "busy". They also charged us insane contract renewal fees every year until the law finally stopped them from doing so.

I was absolutely nightmare deal with this letting agent (Hunters at Harbone)They make a lot of mistake in tenancy agreement date. When talking about money, no a single penny is allowed with them.Overall, the worst letting agent in the UK. Highly NOT recommended and give no satisfactory response to complaints.

GoogleThe initial lettings service around viewing and suggestions allowed me to make a decisive choice in selecting the right property to suit my needs. Helpful staff made the move happen within 7 days suiting me and the landlord. A very responsive service which was was excellent. Follow up service remains supportive. I would recommend hunters again!

I’ve used a few estate agents in the past and have a fairly cynical view of them. However Hunters have managed to change my mind. The service and their communication has been very good all through the process. Highly recommended.

Short, unresponsive team who despite the tag line of “here to help you get there” have provided no such help. Have applied for several properties as well as emailed to ask for guidance moving to a new city with rude responses that they are unable to support.
