GoogleI sold my flat through Turners and they made the whole process so easy and quick to do. Not living in the same country and having a time difference was not an issue. They answered any questions quickly and were happy to help with things that I might have done myself if I were in the country.

GoogleI've been trying to get the intercom fixed for the building I live in for over two years, they just don't care. They have only recently sent an electrician but it still isn't fixed and they have started ignoring my emails again. The problem is especially annoying for one of my neybours that lives on the top floor.

GoogleReally poor service upon leaving - were relatively nice to deal with initially but upon leaving / ending the contract either themselves or the client attempted to claim the entire deposit. Luckily they were unsuccessful through appeal but the customer care and service particularly from the "Property Manager" was appalling. Don't recommend them.

Hi Timothy, thank you for your review. While I appreciate you have suffered from a leaking roof, unfortunately we have no jurisdiction over major structural repairs, we merely handle day to day running of the block. The owners are the only people who can approve and instruct a new roof replacement. I understand this has now been carried out. Like I said, I appreciate your frustration, but your anger is directed in the wrong direction as you are clearly unaware of the responsibilities for those involved. We have done everything we can and pushed for months to get everything resolved, and the owners of the block will agree that since our involvement, the building is in a far better condition than previously.

Googlethe staff were nice and polite when you pay your rent every month but when i decided to leave one of their properties i found them very short and borderline rude especially "matt". I never got any thanks for my custom in fact it seemed like it was an effort for them to speak to me. suffice to say i will not give them my custom in the future. very poor customer relations!!.
