GoogleJames was professional and helpful from the start of my initial enquiry, through to me getting the keys for a rental flat. Everything was handled quickly and courteously, the office is conveniently located in the town centre and the staff inside were lovely. The move in documents are top notch, providing you with all the information you need about the property if you plan on renting. I would definitely recommend.

GoogleWe recently moved to Ilfracombe from Birmingham and James has helped us all the way. His professionalism, knowledge of the area and great humour has helped make it a nice calm experience. Whenever we have popped into the branch the whole staff have made us feel welcome. I would definitely recommend Turners to anyone. Thank you James and the rest of the team.

GoogleI brought a house through Aidan at Turners, he was so helpful throughout, even when thing's got tricky and stressful he was able to find solutions and he communicated regularly, so I was always updated every step of the way! When I finally moved into the house I got a lovely Welcome Pack from Turners with tea, coffee, chocolates etc so felt very welcome moving to a new town. Thank you!! :)

Attention to detail was there at all times, and they, unlike others, knew what they were selling, were informative and helpful. Connor ensured the process was as it should be, and was ready to assist when needed. The rest of the team were also very helpful and professional.

Connor helped me get my first apartment and despite me hardly knowing anything about renting or what the first steps are, Connor was very patient and helped me through every step! GoogleWe have used Turners Property Centre for a second time now and yet again they have been 1st class. We were told by another lettings agent on the high street that our timescales weren't possible, Turners proved them wrong and we are now moving into our new house within the timescales we gave them. Special mention to Molly for keeping us informed, explaining the process and making sure that everything was done quickly and with the minimum of fuss (Kevin and Chris as always were positive and helpful, but sorry gents, Molly is a real gem). I would highly recommend Turners Property Centre and the whole team there if you are looking to find a property to rent in and around Ilfracombe. Thanks all.

GoogleMoved less than a month ago and very disappointed. There are so many things wrong with the flat I've moved to - Turners' must have known about some of them. We didn't get to see the bathroom when we looked around as there was 'no electricity ' on the key meter. There was no toilet seat, wallpaper was torn, no lampshade above the bath (hazard?), the sink leaks at the bottom and now the toilet keeps flushing - so constantly using water (which is on a meter). We've got an inspection tomorrow, so hopefully they'll fix things (there are other things wrong too), and if they do I'll update my review. We're in a contract for six months, so we'll definitely be moving if nothing is done quickly!

GoogleViewed a property with this estate agent. The way I was spoken to on the phone by a member of their team was appalling and insulting. Would not recommend and won't be viewing anymore properties with them
This lady viewed a property with ourselves and drove her car into the wall of the driveway. She then proceeded to blame the driveway for her accident. According to the vendors, nobody has ever had an accident on their property, and multiple members of staff have visited without incident. When calling to cancel her second viewing she again blamed the property and responded rudely and aggressively to a member of staff for politely rebutting her claim that the property was at fault for her accident. Her original review named the member of staff present for not assisting her. Upon investigation the owner of the property informed us the agent was nothing but professional and even assisted the woman in lifting her car off a section of wall. When challenged, she removed this lie from her original review.

GoogleWe had a wonderful experience with Turners Property Centre, in particular agent Molly Wilkinson. After some frustrating experiences with other agencies, we were very pleased with the attention and help received from Molly. She was very prompt in responding to our request for a viewing, and quickly responded to all our queries about the house and logistics. With her help we found a perfect house to rent.

GoogleJust sold our cottage through Turners. Exceptional service from start to finish. The valuation was spot on and in excess of what I expected but sold to the first person to view it for the full asking price. Friendly and professional service from everyone at Turners and we were kept up-to-date with the progress the whole way through. Would highly recommend this Estate Agent and will definitely be using them again for future property sales.
