Dear Reader/Review Inquisitor I recently moved into a nice place in Barkingside, courtesy of this letting agency and more importantly the skill and interpersonal skills of one of the agents there, James Martin. I viewed just two properties where the 2nd property viewed, there were around 6 families also there viewing the property alongside myself. I was fortunate enough to enter the property first luckily loved and put a deposit down on the place which all happened very smoothly. I would very much be an advocate of this branch and store! CAREFUL! An agency that does not respect customers. I'm not punctual, They do not answer the phone. An agent named ALY saw that I really want to rent an apartment, he asked me to bribe 100 extra pounds. You run away from this agency.

I spoke to someone at their office and the woman was ridiculous. I mean a rubbish property with whole house need redoing and they don't have time to make a viewing appt except for one evening because they are busy! poor vendor.

Julia and Zaheda worked openly and with integrity to accommodate requested additional conditions on the contract. Always happy to answer questions and find solutions. Importantly when potential hiccups have arisen, they have been open. So far, a great experience.
