Emma was helpful and personable throughout. I felt that I could phone and discuss anything with her and she would deal with it professionally and make sure we had a good update whenever we needed one. She always understood and took the time to listen to our queries and I just found her really nice, calm and friendly to deal with which makes all the difference when things can get a bit tough as they do with all house moves. GoogleWe have experience over the years of numerous Estate Agents, sadly up till now, none would be on our Christmas card list. However our most recent experience has been very different. We firstly purchased our property through this company, the viewing experience was exceptional, good honest information from someone who knew the property. The sale went through timely with good support from this agent. We found ourselves some 12 months later needing to sell and move area. Once again the agent gave us honest information to promote our home for sale. Only 3 weeks into the sale we accepted an offer and the sale process began. Sadly our buyers solicitor was not being efficient and our Estate Agent took control and guided the sale through by constantly communicating with all parties. It is well documented that a house sale is extremely stressful, it is, but would have been far worse without this team.

FacebookRight from the start on meeting with Annabelle we realised we had picked the right team. They are not a run of the mill estate agency they are far more exclusive than that. Annabelle is very professional but with a lovely personal touch. When dealing with any of the team including the photographer we always felt at ease and that we were getting a great service. The photographs and brochure were second to none. They were so beautiful we have kept it as a lovely keepsake of our 33 years in our home. It took a while to sell our home as it needed a special little family to fall in love with it, but Annabelle found them. Right up to us moving out and into our new home On the Move were always there at the end of the phone or messenger to help or answer any queries. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. 5*
