Google5 stars for the service and staff at Edward Mellor Hyde! Especially Andrea, who went above and beyond to get our sale exchanged. Excellent communication throughout, with both us and the buyers. Andrea made the process very smooth and any questions we did have, were answered the same day. Would definitely recommend to anybody looking to sell.

GoogleWorking with Andrea from Edward Mellor Hyde was a delight, she was very lovely & reliable as it was our first house so we were nervous! A little radio silent in the beginning but she was always doing work behind the scenes we didn't know about! GoogleWe contacted Edward Mellor to have our house valued. Amelia came a few days later and gave us some very good advice. Amelia was very professional and attentive to our needs and requirements. All questions were answered in an honest and genuine manner. We trusted her from the start and were reassured when we felt nervous, as we have not been on the market for 25 years. Amelia produced a seamless video tour of our property, which showcases it very realistically and with great quality pictures. We are very satisfied with the service provided and we believe that the sale of our house is in good hands with Edward Mellor, thanks to Amelia.

GoogleI had a really great experience from the Edward Mellor team. Matthew who showed me the property was fabulous and was really helpful when putting my offer forward. Lauren then took over once my offer was accepted and was exceptional. She always responded swiftly and professionally whenever I contacted her. Lauren quickly found answers for me when I was unsure of anything and was overall just a joy to work with. Lauren made a really stressful life event, as less stressful as she could. A huge thank you is well deserved!
