Excellent service from Amanda and Joshua. Joshua was so helpful and had an amazing set of house pictures and write up on our house to enable us to sell. Amanda is a very experienced and knowledgeable and kept us in the loop all the way through our house sale. She chased up other agents and solicitors when needed. Would thoroughly recommend using Whitegates to family and friends.

I have to say purchasing a house can be a very slow process. It is not only good communication with your solicitor but so important to have an Estate Agent who has a great team behind them for communication and ensuring the process goes as quickly and smoothly as it can. Barbara and the team helped me achieve this and would highly recommend them

We have recently had an offer accepted on a property and Whitegates Huyton were the estate agents with Joshua Cunliffe as our agent. Joshua was excellent in all aspects of the sale - he negotiated with the sellers, kept us informed, communicated with us quickly and efficiently and even stayed in the office an hour and a half late on a Friday night to secure the deal. His emails and calls were clear and concise and he kept in touch with us every second of the way. With this been a close call whether we got the house or not I feel that it was down to Joshuas negotiating skills, effective communication and hard work that got our offer accepted. We just hope we go on to move in without any hitches. Joshua and Whitegates were excellent.
