Excellent service from start to end of buying my first house with white gates. Barbara and Burnie couldn't do enough and were always available to answer any questions and chase the vendor/solicitors. GoogleWhitegates came to value my mother's house. The woman who came didn't seem particularly interested and my mother wasn't impressed by her general attitude. We had two other local agents come out as well. Thank goodness we did. Whitegates valued the house as £105,000. The other two said we might get £200,000. Whitegates called me and I queried the low valuation but the woman I spoke to said that the other agents had grossly over-estimated the value and she stuck to her original figure of £105,000. We chose one of the other two and the property was really popular: we had about ten offers, all over £200,000 and eventually sold it for £215,000. I'm really glad we didn't listen to Whitegates - I wouldn't have any faith in them at all after our experiences.

I used to wonder why Whitegates were the dominant force in estate agency in my area. Now I know why! They sold our house in Huyton in the fastest time possible, and provided a first class service from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble for Louise Donnelly, and with her cheery and can-do attitude, she kept us fully updated every step of the way. Her attention to detail and customer care were exceptional.
