My family rented a house with Belvoir in November 2018 to March 2019 till we found a house to buy. The house was a complete state, carpets were more brown than beige, the whole house was covered in long black dog hair, non working fridge/freezer in the kitchen etc... They picked up on it and took notes & pictures. Then when we move out, we get the house absolutely spotless, replace a few things (we had ripped & scruffy blinds..) Receipts ready for them to prove it. Well guess who is still waiting for the deposit. We have been asked to clean the house again but yet they are unable to prove that the house was cleaned before our arrival. Plus the staff in there, especially the female behind the desk on the left, are extremely rude, disrespectful, with very little commun sense (ie: if you can't prove that the house was cleaned before they arrived, how can you bill people for it when they leave) . STAY AWAY FROM THESE RUDE PEOPLE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT 🤷🏼‍♀️

The property we moved into wasn't set up to be lived when we moved had to registered address had no bins. we had to do everything ourselves, when any issues arrived in the property they were slow to respond to and when they did it was extremely half arsed. Nothing ever got sorted no matter how many attempts on contacting them. Wouldn't recommend using these this particular branch for renting from or looking after your property

The biggest mistake ever! Very rude, never picking up phone. Just looking how to get you money! Hiding fees which u need to pay at the end of the tenancy. Caused way too much stress to deal with them. Never even look at the properties which they are offering!!!

Awful. Rude and unhelpful and completely ignore you once you want your deposit back. Going by your response you clearly didn't read the review properly as never stated anything about getting the full deposit back. Just shows this places complete incompetence
