Sandra Watson, the property manager, has been highly responsive whenever we had questions or concerns that needed to be addressed. GoogleWhere do I start... Please read the reviews before proceeding with Belvoir Huntingdon because it says it all... From the very start we had a number of problems, but the worst being the absolutely awful customer service we experienced. The manager has no care for customers and is extremely rude the other colleagues are incapable of the smallest tasks and cannot even be bothered to pick up the phone. Problem after problem and would give 0 stars if I could. Resulted in having to get the property ombudsman involved... STAY AWAY!!

GoogleWhen you first go to Belvoir they are all over you like a rash for your money.Then the problems start,the chimney fell down so no tv aerial for two weeks,the roof leaks so the landlord tries to bodge it still leaks eventually replaced.No hot water for three weeks because of the incompetence of the plumbers they use,the shower door falls off and they take more than a month to get it sorted and all this time living in a property so full of damp it stinks they still take your money every month.I would not recommend Belvoir to my worst enemy.

GoogleIf I could I wouldn't even give them one star. Seriously, it doesn't matter how good the price or property looks, please save yourself proper nerve damage and probably some money and AVOID THIS AGENCY. We managed to stay in property only 6months. Worst time of my life. If only I could turn back time. Exactly rude, never thought anyone working in such a business can be so rude. They will never want to fix anything until you shout or cry to them and first they will make you think that's it's your responsibility. ALWAYS TAKE PICTURES AND REPORT EVERYTHING. Don't make our mistake and just choose something else.

GoogleWe rented a house with belvoir and the house needed some painting done and one part of carpet changed which they said it will be done within few weeks from us moving in, we waited 2 months nothing happened so we went to the office and they were quite rude in there , and basically they didnt do anything that has been said in 2 years of us moving in until the landlord decided to sell the house and even then when we moved out they were trying to take more than half of our deposit for stupid reasons never renting or buying with them again
