Brilliant from start to finish, kept me updated, checked in, the online portal was fantastic and really interesting to see the progress on both sides. The whole team have been polite and helpful whenever I've spoken to them. Would highly recommend, and I'll use again in the future. Thanks guys, for making the sale simple and hassle free. ❤️

Couldnt fault their service ! Although the sale of my house took longer than expected Urban were always "pushing it along " and keeping me fully informed of developments . "Shout out " to Nicola in the sales team for all her hard work in completing the sale . Will be using them again in the future!!

I am based in East Sussex and following a family bereavement (as sole executor) I was being chased by the beneficiaries of the will to get a quick sale of a bungalow located in Hull for a fair price. The property was in need of modernisation therefore not the easiest sell in this current property markets. Urban Properties have been so helpful and supportive throughout the long process of gaining probate and changing the title deeds into may name with the Land Registry. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Really lovely people to work with as well.

I have lived at my previous property for five years, a property that was managed by this agency. They have always been responsive and prompt in solving issues. Their approach has always been respectful and professional, and I have felt looked after throughout my tenancy. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Urban Property is the third agent I have used for my rental properties in Hull and all I can say is that it has definitely been third time lucky. They are so much better than the previous agents I used and I've been really impressed since I switched about nine months ago. They really do offer a personal service and go above and beyond. I would definitely recommend them to any landlord.

After being burned by previous estate agents and landlords, I must confess I thought we were just in for another typical experience, with the focus on pushing us for their own gain. What we got instead, was an honest, genuine service, from down to earth people who cared, who listened, who reassured us and who made sure we were treated like actual people, not just money. It was a pleasant surprise and we're not only very happy with our new home, but with Urban Property as a whole.
