We have been looking at homes at Alconbury Weald for a couple of years. The time was finally right and after going to all the builders we finally settled on Morris Homes. We have met Meghan the sales advisor several times, she is so knowledgeable and has made the process so easy so far. The house we have chosen is so lovely. Can’t wait to move in.

We spontaneously came to look around the area to get an idea of the estate and the property’s.On the off chance we knocked the sales office door and spoke to the wonderful Jeanette who was very accommodating and welcoming. We also had our children with us, Jeanette was so good with them and offered them cakes and sweets and was so patient. Jeanette was vey personable, professional and knowledgeable on the various building types and schemes. The Willows is a lovely peaceful development on the edge of the village of Kineton near Stratford upon Avon. Geeta showed us around the development and into the last few homes that were available. Geeta is very knowledgeable about the different homes, their dimensions, the room sizes and the plans in relation to one another. She understood what we wanted and needed and was able to guide us in the ‘right’ direction. Geeta was friendly and very professional and took us through the process of selling our old home and buying new. Geeta is to be fully recommended and praised for the nearly 4 hours she spent with us and her tireless and professional manner.

We visited this site to view homes as first time buyers. Rob Conlan-Clark was absolutely fantastic - it was clear he was a man with lots of knowledge and experience. It was our first ever house viewing and Rob gave us the time to browse apartments and homes at our own pace. We popped in to look at how a new property might work for us and we were greeted by Tracey. Her approach was very friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble in guiding us through what was available. The fittings in the show homes were of good quality and we will definitely consider buying with Tracey if we decide to down size. Can highly recommended.

Nothing was too much trouble and she was very knowledgeable about the site and area, able to answer lots of questions. The house I’m purchasing is almost complete apart from the garden areas and Lizette was able to show me around safely whilst the builders were on site putting my mind at ease. We visited the morris homes development at Kirkham today as wanted to see in person two of the show homes. Hannah the sales manager of this site was very knowledgeable and showed us around the development and also lets us look at some different house types in addition to the show homes. Hannah was lovely and took her time to explain things and spent a significant amount of time with us. We did not feel pressured at all, it actually helped us to consider things we hadn’t thought about previously.

The sales advisor Lizette, at the Broadacre site in Lytham St.Annes has been extremely helpful from the moment I decided to buy a Morris Home. While the pandemic caused building delays, it was worth the wait and she was helpful all the way. She is a very pleasant to deal with and I’ve had no problems with the company. Any small snags that the building had were dealt with very quickly. I’ve been in my new home two years and I love the style, layout and location.

This was my first experience buying a house and Jeanette made it as stress free as possible because she was always proactive and efficient during my sale. She always remained professional and a great representative for Morris Homes. During my experience with Morris homes I also dealt with Will the site manager who has also been great. Very helpful and informative and a genuinely a nice man. Everyone one I’ve had contact with from Morris homes has been so friendly and just a pleasure to deal with. Very pleased I chose to buy with Morris homes as there was a few new builders in my area but because of the experience I’ve had and how lovely my home is I’m glad I didn’t go anywhere else! Hampton Water - I visited the show homes and I had the most enjoyable visit. On arrival I was given a very warm greeting by Rob. Rob was very helpful and a great host (he also made an excellent cup of coffee). It was clear that Rob is very passionate about his role and Morris Homes. Rob was very helpful and was able to answer all the questions that I posed to him. The show homes were also really beautiful. Good quality, very well presented and very homely. Also ideally situated, overlooking the lake. I would definitely recommend anyone visiting Morris Homes if you are looking to move to the Peterborough area.

After plenty of visits to houses in the area with a variety of builders and locations we chose Morris Homes at Princes Meadow. Initially not convinced of Kirkham, we visited the Morris Homes at Lytham and Cottam as well but Kirkham was to be our destination. After so many visits looking at the show homes and the area we had dealt with a variety of Morris sales contacts. However once we had decided we came across Hannah who whilst being direct it was Hannah that finally sealed the deal with her professionalism and her dedication to getting the sale over the line. Our complication of having a long chain didnt daunt Hannah she kept checking in with us every week after chasing the chain. Actually we found out more about our chain from Hannah than our own Estate Agent. The day of the move came The Removal company tried to dampen the excitement of the move with a few challenges but after a few long days the benefits that we sought were and are clear to see. With the support of Hannah throughout the process and latterly Ian the site contact who has been so eager to make sure that the early issues are dealt with promptly. Into our third week we are still going through snagging but the only major isssue of any real concern is the grass that has not dealt with the rain at all well. But Ian has a plan to address it and Im convinced that we will get to a solution. The decision to buy Morris was on quality of the build and location, after a few weeks we might have regretted the upheaval of the move but havent doubted we made the right choice to move to Morris Homes at Kirkham.

I absolutely love my home on Morris homes - Broadacre! I bought my house around 6 months ago, this is the first time I've bought a new build house and wasn't sure what to expect but (despite what some of these reviews might say about Morris) my experience has been flawless. Throughout my purchase I dealt with Lizette - she was helpful, knowledgeable and was always there to answer any questions! The quality of my home is superb - way above what I expected and what I had seen from other house builders - its clear the construction team take the time to get this right and care about the product they are selling, it's a fantastic development!! To anyone looking at reviews on here wondering whether to buy a Morris home, I would definitely recommend them based on my experience. Huge thank you to Lizette and the construction team for making buying and moving homes so easy!!

After meeting a lady buying a part share home we again looked at the 3 bed semi we had previously viewed with Phil. We loved it and knew straight away we wanted it. Lizette was brilliant. Showing us all the details, what was included etc. we have now got ourself a new home at a great price with nothing to do 👏👏👏

We bought our house on March 23, in Stanley GardensFrom the first contact right up to today’s date, has been nothing but a pleasurable experience.Jan from the sales office had and still is extremely friendly, helpful, professional and dedicated. Any snags on the house was dealt with swiftly. The site manager called round on a few occasions to make sure that the snags were being rectified to a good standard.We had problems with people taking a shortcut and walking across our front garden.Within days of mentioning this, Morris home had extended the metal rails and put a hedge in. We bought a house on St Mary’s Park in Preston, and from the minute we met Carol, the sales agent, we were blown away with the sheer care we were shown to our needs and what was important to us. Buying a new home for anyone is a huge decision and purchase as was even more so for us as we were moving into a completely different area. From the first visit to every other visit, even if it was to watch the progress of the build, Carol was just amazing, along with Vicky too, following that we met with Shawn the site manager who again has been incredible and any little detail which just needed a quick fix after moving in, he along with Lewis have been extremely supportive, helpful and have completed any snagging without question or hesitation and with a friendly face and a smile.This is not my first purchase of a new home, however, the service level throughout from Morris has been nothing more that outstanding. I would recommend anyone to buy a Morris home without hesitation. We love our new home and that’s thanks to Carol, Vicky, Shawn, Lewis and the whole team at Morris, who are a credit to this company. If you are thinking of buying a house from Morris Homes then bear in mind the Jeckyl & Hyde factor. You will get treated as if you are a valued customer & friend until the sales process is over.Senior management don’t care at all & you will get different stories cut and pasted into communication which are based on blame everything else but no responsibility taken.If you have a garden, be warned, within 18 months it will need replacing costing you approx £5k. There is no care given to any of the landscaping and they just lay turf on inadequately prepared ground.The guys who work fixing the snags are great though.

We purchased a Morris house at the end of 2019 and were pretty pleased with the house. Our development in Northampton was new and the spec of the houses was really good. We were sold a dream, but nearly 5 years later the promises have not been kept! The roads have still not been completed and are in a state of disrepair, the green spaces are only maintained when the residents complain.The estate is looking very tired, beyond its years!Morris are quick to take your money for the new houses, but fail drastically to complete their work which then has a knock on effect to the house prices.Future Morris homes buyers, get the details of development completion in writing.

(St georges fields in wootton northampton) ... This estate was "completed" not long after we moved onto the estate in 2020, and the roads are STILL incomplete. Residents from the first phase of the estate have had to endure this for much longer than I have, however it's causing multiple issues including damage and ware to car tyres and unsafe walking paths for young children. My daughter was wheelchair bound and the accessibility was so poor we would avoid walking around the estate due to the curbs being so high and even thr drop curbs are crumbled and unsafe. Street signs are broken, communal garden maintenance is poor, the kids play area is unsafe due to poorly laid safety matting leaving huge gaps between the threshold of the matting and the grass, bins are always overflowing and the thistles and weeds are dangerous and unsightly. I know ALOT of the residents of this estate are unhappy about everything mentioned, but the roads are the main concern. People are struggling to sell their homes due to the lack of maintenance of the estate. The prices of these homes are high end but morris homes don't seem to be bothered unless they have money in their back pocket. Their is lack of communication from morris homes customer service team and anyone who emails to ask when the roads are going to be complete just keep getting fobbed off with irrelevant and pointless information and false promises. Sort it out morris homes.
