From our first meeting with Aimee in the sales office who has excelled in her dealings with us . Her friendliness and professionalism is a credit to Morris homes. Pete the site manager has helped us in so many ways since moving in going above his normal duties. After moving in they have still supported us which I can only thank them for .

Morris Homes have shown nothing but negligence and incompetence at St. George's Field. They have irresponsibly abandoned the site, leaving it dangerously incomplete. The exposed roads and raised ironworks are a severe hazard. The playgrounds, neglected and overgrown, are now utterly unsafe for children. Their disregard for community safety and basic standards is appalling.

Our experience with Morris Homes has been nothing short of fantastic. Starting with viewings with Sandra (sales manager) and Mark (site manager) who made the whole experience stress free. Sandra in particular worked tirelessly to make sure our sale went through effortlessly. Sandra and Vic are a credit to the company, always available for a chat and will gladly jump straight on to any quires or issues we may have.If we ever move out of our dream home, we will definitely make a consious effort to move into another Morris homes property.

With the months of delays we were expecting to move into a pretty perfect home. This was far from it!! The sales process was already a mix of emotions, from never being allowed to view our home through the build process to check how it was going to the constant delays. The day we collected our keys I cried, and these were not happy tears. It was like we had bought a second hand home. The carpets were stained, the house was dirty, incorrect fixtures and fittings, poor workmanship, the list goes on! After hiring a snagger, even with the advice of the sales team telling us we didn’t need to waste our money as they take pride in there properties! it turned out the eye level things were minor in comparison to some of the other issues. No loft insulation, the house not meeting fire safety hazards in many aspects, again the list goes on. It was far from a finished home and we couldn’t move into it for 19 days after completion due to the amount of work that still had to commence! Luckily we were in a position to be able to stay elsewhere. Would defiantly not buy a new build home from Morris Homes again!! Thanks for making our first time buyers experience horrific!!!

Super helpful in the showroom and advised amazing especially when we had to pick out our choices. We had 2 kids (4 & 5 years old at the time) with us and supported us all the way through. Post sales has been good as well. We’ve had some issues with house like with all new builds but site team have been super helpful in supporting address those. Sometimes not as quick but not slow either.

We dreaded providing a snag list but the issues were minor and everything had been followed up and dealt with quickly. The quality of the build is fantastic! The process was easier than expected with the help of Jeannette who helped to push the process along and has been so helpful along the way. Apart from other big names, this is the first time we know Morris, never heard it before until searching at Rightmove, their company's website and on-site reviewing, they have excellent workmanship, they use excellent brands of appliances, they have a lot of styles of layouts offering to choose. And the most important, with all the good stuffs I mentioned above, they asking a very reasonable and worthwhile house price. Couldn't ask for better service. Being my first time buying a new build and buying alone so not having a clue, everything was explained to me clearly and patiently. I moved into my new build a year ago I had an inspection of end of defects and was a few repairs that needed doing I have posts missing in the garden, cracks in my banister bigger than a £1, cracked bath panel, big leak due to the plug not being fitted properly. my kitchen floor isn't even straight list goes on. this was in February we are now June and iv had no contact from them what so ever. We have been here for about 2 months now and were helped by the sales team throughout the process (Lizette in particular) from chasing estate agents and solicitors to ensuring everything went smoothly on completion day. The construction team have been very helpful in completing all the snags we raised and assisting us in clearing unwanted packaging. Construction traffic can be a bit of a nuisance at times but everyone has been very courteous. We’ll see how things progress as the build continues of two houses opposite.

Moved in June 21 and although a traumatic experience due to our solicitors failure, Morris Homes were brilliant in helping us. Very few snags, but these were dealt with immediately by the Site manager Tony. He always stopped to to check everything was OK. However He has moved on and the new Site Manager hasn't introduced himself as yet. Customer contact is key to Customer satisfaction. Tony knew this.Only complaint now would be the parking of the tradesmen is allover the occupied area, with trucks still using the road this could be moved to the area of the site which is under construction. Otherwise very happy with our new home.
