The staff at the Whitegate Drive branch have been exemplary. In particular Diane. Diane has kept me up to date on the sale of my house constantly, even when there was no news to give I would receive a call just touching base. Excellent service and I would not hesitate to recommend.

An estate agent that does what they say they will. After having a disappointing experience with another local estate agent in Leamington Spa previously, it was refreshing to see a company act professionally from the first meeting we had with them, to managing to achieve the asking price we set in a challenging property market, to chasing all parties to get the sale concluded as quick as possible. I would happily recommend them to anyone.

I used Reeds Rains to Let and Manage my property.It has not been a good experience. In fairness it probably hasn't been a good experience for the staff at Reeds Rains either. I have been in contact with the Manager of the Branch over the last few days and am hopeful that the matter will now be resolved.

Reeds Rains team at Newcastle under Lyme branch were very helpful with my recent purchase. Working with their partner iamsold we purchased the property through auction which I was a bit nervous about as it was the first time we had bought through the modern auction process. The team kept us updated on progress throughout the purchase, supported us with additional viewings and answered our queries with the vendors quickly and efficiently.I collected the keys today and they even gave me a box of goodies to take away which included household essentials, discount vouchers and even a bottle of beer for good measure.Thanks…. I would not recommend reeds rains Evesham if you actually want to sell your house. The viewings we did have were either people who hadn't got their own house on the market, who hadn't sold or hadn't got a mortgage in principle. Most of the viewings took at best 5 minutes which I know as I had a ring door bell and I went over to my neighbours house whilst the viewings took place. How the hell you can properly show someone around a decent sized 4 bedroom house beats me. Communication was rubbish I had to keep contacting George to find out how the short viewing went. I found their enthusiasm to actually sell my house was poor so in the end brought Leggett and James in as well. As soon as Leggett and James came on board Reeds rains basically sat back and waited for them to sell my house as they still wanted their commission regardless. It took Leggett and James 4 weeks and it was sold. The only thing Reeds rains did was repeatedly tell me I was in breach of contract and would still be liable for the fee. Funny that surely they were in breach of contract for not giving a s***t and putting in no effort apart from taking pictures and putting the house online. Oh and apparently sending a few emails out. The one thing they were quick at was chasing me for their money when my sale went through. Save yourself time, money and a lot of stress and go with a quality estate agent such as Leggett and James who were amazing and a hell of a lot cheaper!!!

FacebookGenuinely never experienced such bad communication and customer service. I often wait days for an answer or a reply to an email. I haven’t heard back from anyone regarding my last email for over a week. Each time I email or ring I often speak to someone entirely different. I don’t feel like they care, they have poor communication between themselves tenants and landlords and the customer service has been shocking. It honestly feels like I am just another number in a big que paying my money. Tenants if you are looking for a below par customer service and not to be looked after, this is your place. And landlords if you want your house not managed well this is the estate agents for you. After dealing with Paisley properties in Skelmonthorpe for our next property I have noticed a vast difference in the overall level of care we received. They had fast replies, and each time I had a point of contact. They went above and beyond for each question or problem. Think it’s safe to say I won’t be using reeds rains again, nor will I be recommending them to anybody .

GooglePathetic absolutely pathetic unprofessional ignorant timewasters. I make an appointment to view a property get there and wait and wait, no sign of an Agent. I then discover by phoning office that the property has been sold but they failed to advise people who had made appointments to view. What kind of office are you running Manager Liam Doran when you have slack staff that can't do their jobs properly? Totally disrespectful.It sounds as if you couldn't manage a p*ss up in a brewery

i wasn't kept informed of the viewings and feed backs until i chased (perhaps as Reeds Rains know me, i'm beginning to be taken for granted a little) but when i've made calls to the office they were always polite, professional and courteous and answered my questions. a buyer was found for my property in 4 or 5 weeks at a lower end price but the main objective was acheived and i'd use them again.

I would recommend you don't rent from this company for a number of reasons:1) Fire safety: I place this at the top as the most serious. My apartment had damaged fire detectors that I made Reed Rains aware of. This was ignored for over half a year. As well as this the batteries were 8 years out of date indicating that safety checks are not in place or followed.2) Communication: Any times during or after my tenancy I required information in often simple matters it took weeks for a reply. Often this reply was to place responsibility at another of their colleagues or did not answer the original question.3) Behaviour: Many of the employees I have had the misfortune of having dealt with have been quite passive aggressive and unprofessional. It gives the feeling that you are just an inconvenience for them. 4) Deposit: This inevitable ties in with the previous two points, over two months past my leaving date and I am still waiting on the return of my deposit. This is due to the previously mentioned communication and behaviour issues I've encountered. Whenever I've asked for any evidence to back any claims it is met with a long wait and an inadequate and often as mentioned passive aggressive reply.I'd much rather not have to write a review but feel it is important to hopefully steer a potential victim away from this company.

Not impressed with them I find the reaction for booking a valuation lacks ......its very mechanical even though they offer a free valuation ( only if you are selling NOW ) they come across arrogant and not wanting to offer a service that would reflect what you are selling They miss the point. We are the client and they earn from the sale but they come across as they were in the 80's. Poor service Use another agent is my advice

Completely unprofessional, have no idea how to deal with foreigners coming to the UK for the first time for work, generic responses just to get you off, not thinking how it could affect their business in the long run. Such a shame for them for losing a loyal tenant. Guess I dodged a bullet by signing up with another agency.
