GoogleVery good professional service despite the Covid 19 pandemic, especially Bethany Smith who was delightfully pleasant and persistent at all times particularly in view of the fact that the sellers solicitors were terribly slow at responding, Bethany continued to press them to draw the sale to a conclusion. Bethany also surprised me with a personally written welcome to your new home card on completion which was a nice touch.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleWe had a great experience with the Bramleys Huddersfield team from house viewing right through to occupying the property. In particular, Michelle McCarthy was excellent throughout the whole process. She kept us well informed at every stage, was consistently professional, and made everything run smoothly. The welcome card we received on moving in was a really thoughtful touch and very much appreciated. Highly recommended.

GoogleFrom the moment I contacted Bramleys the sale process was very easy. They came to view the property quickly and didn't put pressure on me to sign up to use them, just contact them when I was ready. When I went to the office to get the sale moving the staff there were very good and got things moving quickly. The sales team even did all the visits to the property for the viewings. Throughout the time the sale took to go through there were constant updates and once the sale was complete the proceeds of the sale were transferred to my solicitor without delay. I would defiantly use them again.

GoogleBramleys were great, Bethany was spot on when dealing with my sale, the only downside i thought was that they recommended to use Ramsdens Solicitors which i then did but they were absolutely awful. Very poor service. Would highly recommend not using them as they drag everything out, are not very responsive and they never seem to know what is going on with the sale.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleBramleys has been the best. Every single detail and issue that I needed help with, was addressed ASAP and I didn't need to request them the second time. The timely inspections and checks were adjusted according to my availability and comfort and the entire team has been very polite and approachable, especially Michelle who was my 1st person of contact for any details or help. I would definitely recommend bramleys and in case I'm moving houses again, would go in only for bramleys as they made everything so easy and clear unlike the others. THANK YOU SO MUCH BRAMLEYS.

GoogleDealt primality with Joeanne, who has been fantastic. This is my 1st time looking to purchase and Joeanne was very professional and friendly from the start. From discussing the house, booking in a viewing, to accepting my offer. Both phone and email communication was swift, and I was kept updated in a very timely manner. I ended up going to best and final offers as there were a few interested parties and was able to secure the property. Unfortunately I had to pull out of the sale due to the recent mortgage rate changes, however Joeanne was incredibly understanding. I would not hesitate to use Bramleys again, and would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a new home.

We had no issues and we were really impressed with the service we received. GoogleBramleys was the estate agent used for the property that I purchased. Arranging viewings were straightforward and communication was good. I dealt mainly with Paulina once my offer was accepted. Communication was great which was essential as my Solicitors communication was poor. Upon completion I received a new home goodie box which was a nice surprise when I picked up the keys.

We were stuck with the other letting agency however they are not so being helpful and kind especially that we felt like we have never been considered by this agency because we are Asians. Good thing we found Bramley's. They are really helpful and thoughtful. If I will find a house to buy in the future, I will really trust Bramley's and consult them. Thanks to Michelle and the team. GoogleFrom our 1st telephone call to bramleys to picking up our keys, the service received from bramleys was 1st class. Our main contact Karen Tinker whom I'm yet to meet was so attentive and even when she was delivering 'bad news' about delays she left me feeling reassured and as if she had just told me 'the best news ever' That is some skill Karen! Thanks also to the young member of staff who I met on the Saturday when my offer was accepted, he was a polite gentleman. Also to the staff who assisted me when Karen was not in the office, they always knew where to pick things up from. All the best for the future
