Dear Amrit, we are sorry to hear of your frustrations and disappointment. Unfortunately, the 2 occasions we have found you a suitable tenant on both occasions for varying reasons the tenant has not been able to proceed which is unfortunately beyond our control. We do sympathise with your recent experiences and can assure you we take our customer service extremely seriously and have taken on board the points you raised. We wish you all the best for the future in the search of a successful applicant.

GoogleA reasonable service which can be judged by the fact that the house was sold at a price I was hoping to get within a very reasonable timescale. Thank you.
